Stayed there in July for a week. The apartment itself was quite nice and well appointed, with flat screen TV's, washer and dryer and full kitchens. Plenty of space so that the family isnt cramped into a small space. The rooms weren't real quiet as there seemed to be some piped-in music that played just outside the windows until late at night. The rec facilities were extremely nice but not real convienent from our apartment. One area was across the street (quite busy at times) and another was on the side of a mountain. There is a bus that connects the units with the facilities, but we never used it and neither did hardly many others that I saw. No panoramic views unless you are one of the lucky few on the side of the mountain. The location is hard to beat, with tons of attractions, shopping, and restaurants very close by. The property sits on the "back way" to Dollywood, so getting there was a breeze. Likewise, we found a bypass that cuts off Pigeon Forge in half, shaving off 10-15 minutes for a trip to Gatlinburg. There were disquised sales calls made to our unit in the form of "courtesy" calls or activity updates, but i just let the voicemail catch these. Overall, not a spectacular place, but nice save for a few flaws.........

We were at this condo for one week and was impressed with the recreational facilities. This location did not have a grand view for the most part, but it was still very nice. We did enjoy certain shows, such as Patty Wazack and the movies. As other people noted, the disquised sales pitch was present in a number of calls to our room. We resisted them for a while, and then gave them 30 minutes of our time, at which point we had enough and left. We are no longer interested in Wyndham or RCI, based on our experience. We did enjoy the rest of our time there.

We have stayed here several times through Time Sharing. This is our first time by renting. It is our favorite place to stay with the family in Sevierville. We are close to Tanger and many great eating places. My only complaint is the washer/dryer in some of the units being in the master bedroom. If someone wants to use it late at night or early or while someone is showering, it is incovenient. Other than that, it is great!!

Hospitality was nice, but I didn't appreciate them calling every morning at 8:30 am! The 1st morn I just let it go to V.mail. The 2nd morn, I picked up the phone and hung up. The 3rd day I answered, only because we had a terrible time sleeping there. The walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTYHING...the drawers being pulled open, people walking about. Our villa was #1113 (across the street from the "nice" pool). The master bedroom was facing Collier Dr, which can be busy. We even heard the fire truck a FEW times. If you have lots of money to be spent, this place is for you. We went horseback riding thru the smoky's ($100), which was beautiful and fun. The second day was also fun. We went to Wonderworks, which cost appx $70. We took a beautiful hike up to Laurel Falls (free) and fun! Then had to drive our vehicle across the street to enjoy the sun and swim. That is also where the game rooms are. Also, not sure how the Trolleys work and what their cost was, but if we had time, we might have used them, or the Welcome Center to visit Gatlinburg. We drove thru there and it looked like the place to stay at!

We own with Wyndham and this was the fist time we stayed at this resort! We booked 2 - 2 bedrooms and took the family. The rooms were very spacious and we were equipped with everything we needed. The grounds and pool areas were very well maintained and the rooms were very clean. Had so much fun here! Will come back.

This place was great. It was exactly what my family and I needed. Our unit was big enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other or in someones business. we really did not hear our neighbors much, being on the top floor may have helped that. Going in, we thought that the two outdoor pools would be crowded all the time, but we never had a problem. Their on-site activities weren't many, but they got the job done. All staff the we came in contact with were some of the nicest people we met on our vacation. Overall, a great stay and would tell others to stay in a heartbeat.

This is one of the BEST Wyndham properties that i have been to and i have been to most of them. First being a son of a Wyndham owner for 10 years now i have to say this company is the best and only time share that i would ever stay at. The grounds are very well landscaped and clean. The staff are all very helpful and quick to act on request. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe and it was very clean and very very spacious! It was very well updated with high quality items throughout the kitchen. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable ( The comforters and pillows) are like clouds!!!! The balcony was very large and had room to fit over 8 people and still have room. The amenities are wonderful and clean. The entire resort is wonderful you could never buy at a better company. The entire stay all you see is maintenance cutting grass, cleaning the parking lots, cleaners wiping down windows, emptying trash cans and cleaning tables in the activities building. Plenty to do at the resort with FREE WIFI, 2 miniature gold courses 2 outdoor pools and 2 indoor pools play grounds and 2 activity centers and much more. There isn't anything that i could say bad about my experience here but how happy i was.
