This place gets a lot of business because it's really convenient to Pigeon Forge. But....I would skip it. There are much better places to ride. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional.

We got there and signed in to ride. While we were paying, they got a call from a frantic rider, we could here them through the phone. They were on the trail and were left by their guide. They were lost on trail and didn't know where they were. She hung up and called the guide. The guide said they didn't leave anyone behind. She yelled at him that he did because she just got off the phone with them. She ordered him to go back and find them. He was still trying to argue that he had everyone, but clearly he didn't. Can he not count heads. It's not that hard.

We decided to keep going anyway. We waited almost 45 min for the guide to tell us the group of 10 could not go out because it was to late. I can understand that, it's dangerous to ride at night, the problem was that the business office already closed. You would think it would stay open until everyone was back in. Not here. We did get someone to talk to us, but they could not refund money until the next morning because they already cashed out for the night. Really!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that the guide was trying to talk us into doing half the ride, but the catch was we couldn't be refunded half the money. He wanted to do half the work for all the money. When we talked to the lady about refunds she said he is not allowed to offer that and didn't know why he would say that.

So you have a guide leaving multiple people on the trail and another guide trying to give half tours for full price. Theses people have no idea how to do business. They have zero control over the guides. It seems like everyone does what they want and nobody knows what anyone else is doing.

I would have given this place a one star but the amnenities were very nice and the woman at the front desk was kind. My friends and I paid, checked in to ride horses, and we were told we would be called in 15-20 minutes. We waited and waited but we were never called and they allowed groups to pass us in line. Our wait ended up being around 45 minutes and more than one group got to go ahead of us. We then were told that we would possibly have to come back another day and that the group that cut in front of us would be the last group, but that wouldn’t be possible because we are just visiting. The man in the stables was telling us that they would not be accepting any more riders but the woman at the front desk was still taking money and letting people in! Very unorganized!

The waits were a little long but that’s because it’s a walk in service no reservations needed. They have different activities you can do while you wait. They have a nice bonfire area for you to sit around and wait. We did horseback riding and zip line. Jesse was our guide for the horseback riding he was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the horses. He made the tour so much fun and made sure we were all safe.

This was an amazing family experience. Definitely recommend doing the combo pack. First we did the horseback riding and Nick was a great tour guide. We had a lot of different experiences and the terrain was very diverse. It was well worth the money. Then we did the zip line through the forest and it was surprisingly fast. Maybe not for someone who doesn’t like heights; I am not a fan of them and I felt safe. Finally the ATV experience was the favorite. Dylan was an excellent tour guide! And there was so much diversity with the trails. There were lots of turns and sliding and fast straightaways. The ATV experience was definitely worth the money as well. Recommend doing the ATV towards the evening - it’s cooler and makes for a great view for pictures at the halfway point on the hill. Great people, great place, great memories. Thank you!!

After getting to the Smokies all excited to zip line, we were disappointed to learn that just about all of the zip lining businesses needed reservations and we hadn’t planned ahead. On a suggestion from a waiter at a restaurant in Pigeon Forge, we tried Jayell Ranch because we were told reservations weren’t necessary. I’m so glad we stopped by!! For 5 beginners, this was the perfect way to ease into zip lining. We had a blast! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very safe. Thanks for making it such an enjoyable experience!

We used the 2 for 1 coupon which got us over an hour horseback ride and 3 zip lines. Horse riding with Toria was fun. Our guides for the zip lines were funny and made our first time zip lining awesome! We were amazed how sweet and knowledgeable Ava is!!!

We did UTVs for the first time and had an absolute blast! I admit it, I’m a city girl, and no one in our family has ATV’d before, but this was great! Our guide “the Old Man” was excellent. He kept us safe, but let us have fun too! Only got a little muddy on our feet and legs, and bounced around a lot! Our 11 year old loved it too. My husband drove, and he was laughing like a little kid once he got the hang of the UTV. We will be back!

The staff and guides at this place were fantastic! Collin and Timothy were great to work with on the zip lines. My wife and I never did this before and they were extremely patient with her since she was a scared cat. They made the new adventure super fun for us. Toria our horseback riding guide was super as well. She is very passionate about her job. She made the ride very fun as well and informative. We highly recommend Jayell and will be returning on our next trip to the area. Keep up the great work!
