On May 16, 2012, I was with a chaperone with a group of about 50 seventh and eighth grade students from Watervliet Middle School. I zip-lined with a group of 10 students and our guides were Si and Greg. They were so great to work with! Both guys were very kind to and fun with the students. I had actually been zip-lining with another company in Gatlinburg, and the zips were not nearly as long in distance. The two last zips were absolutely beautiful through the mountains. I highly recommend Foxfire and would definitely go back!

Walking up to the office we immediately knew we picked a great adventure location. The grounds are beautiful with unique and fun outdoor decor. My husband and 13 year old step son played checkers on the porch while we waited to zip. All staff were extremely friendly and energetic. Our guides were great, and the zip line experience was awesome. After we zipped, we hung out some more and ate some yummy barbeque and homemade strawberry ice cream. Great place! We will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.
We vote for Ashley!!! :)

We wanted to go zip lining while we were in Tennessee and heard that Foxfire Mountain was the best place. Totally correct and it was more than we expected from the minute we stepped onto the grounds. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and there are several things to do while you are at Foxfire. We hiked up to the waterfall, which was a great hike in the morining and enjoyed the swinging bridge and learning the history. If you are in the area and have ever thought about zip lining, definately make it a priority to check out Foxfire Mountain; you won't be disappointed.

We were at Pigeon Forge on our last day and decided to treat the kids to one last attraction. We arrived at Foxfire Zip Lines at 12:00 without a reservation and luckily were able to be squeezed in at 3:30. We decided to stick around and enjoy their family friendly games, backyard, pets and bridge. The attendant went out of her way to locate us and let us know of a cancellation so we were able to be bumped to the 2:00 tour (thank goodness)! While I was too scared to attempt the zip lines, the kids that were with us had a blast (ages 17, 14, 13). I am so glad we decided to show up and wait around and enjoy the surroundings. If you love to take pictures, the area has SO many great photo opportunities. Even if you are in the area and do not want to zip line, visit the place for the scenery. One more thing I would like to mention is that this location has candy, drinks, and snacks that are unbelievably priced. Not marked up like most others. I did not get to try the pork sandwiches or homemade ice cream but it looked scrumptious! 7 zip lines, 2 hours....definitely call for reservations but arrive early or stay late for sight seeing!! If you are staying behind while others zip line, there's plenty to do while you wait, corn hole, picnic area, walk the grounds or just sit in one of their many rocking chairs on the porch.

Lots of fun. Great guides mike & Jeremy were our guides and they were great. Clean. The tractor ride to top questionable. Must do zip lines. Very friendly.
