My husband and I stayed in the Berry Springs lodge August 9-13, 2013. We stayed in the Blackberry Springs Suite. When we got there Melissa showed us all around and explained where everything was. She is very sweet and willing to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfasts each morning were amazing. Coffee was always freshly made and out in a large carafe for your enjoyment. There are movies and books that you can use if you would just like to have a quite time in your suite. Patrick is full of information about where to eat dinner and what there is to do in the area. If you are interested in staying in a bed and breakfast Berry Springs would be an EXCELLENT choice! We can't wait to go back!!!

If you are looking for a wonderfully clean peaceful place to stay this is it! Patrick and Sue are wonderful hosts and this is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It's nestled in a serene mountain area and is quiet and allows you to connect with nature. The food is amazing also!

Room Tip: we stayed in powder springs but would like to have a room facing the hills and wooded area

Everything was perfectly appointed. There was not one item which was missed from binoculars to look at the mountains and birds, water bottles in the room, late night dessert, night light in the bathrooms and much more. EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN. Very nice hosts. Highly recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for the rooms with mountain view.

Superior. We enjoyed this four nights. Patrick & Sue are very nice and charming people. They created a mignificant place. Spacious, clean and nice rooms. The breakfasts were good.. The riddles at breakfast were nice. We liked Patrick's sense of humor. The place felt like home...

Our trips to Great Smoky mountains were so incredibly nice.

Well, also Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are close by. But not for us.

My wife and I stayed at the Berry Springs Lodge from 8-8-13 to 8-11-13. Our room was the Royal Springs, and our stay was wonderful.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Melissa who is a very pleasant person and made us feel immediately welcome. Melissa is an asset to the lodge and we enjoyed speaking with her very much. Melissa gave us a complete tour of the lodge and explained were everything was. We then checked into our room.

The room was well appointed and cozy. It was also very clean and well kept. The bed was turned down each night with turn down service and a little treat left on your pillow. The room was also a nice size with a nice sized private bathroom. The bed was a king sized bed and we had no issues at all sleeping as the bed was comfortable.

The common areas of the lodge were also well appointed, cozy and clean. It really felt like home away from home. The kitchen dining area had coffee, tea, water and soda anytime you needed or wanted it. Sue baked a treat and put it out every evening for the guests around 7:00 P.M., which was a nice touch. Breakfast was served between 8:00 A.M. and 9:30 A.M. We had Waffles, Omelettes, and stuffed french toast during our stay. We were also served pumpkin bread and muffins Fruit and a variety of juices were also offered. Patrick served breakfast in the morning and was pleasant to speak with. He is also knowledgeable about the local area and willing to help you with any questions you may have.

This is a very nice B and B and the pride in ownership shows through. The owners have created something special here. If you are looking at staying at a B and B in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area then look no further than the Berry Springs Lodge.
