“Beautiful!!!”
Reviewed August 14, 2012

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon. This is by far the most beautiful place that we have ever seen!!! I have to admit that I was a little bit nervous because I was thinking that the pictures on the internet did not look like the actually place, but boy was I wrong!! It was even better!! We are going to stay here again!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

This place is close to Dollywood but easy to get to (you can avoid traffic if you try). The food was very good offering a berry crumble for dessert and custom omelettes for breakfast. The views from the back porch were great. We were able to see a sunrise and the evenings are just as nice.We had one of the cheaper rooms but it was very clean, big, and well furnished (including iron & hair dryer). We were surprised at the amount of activities there were to do: hike, fish, bike, horseshoes, ping pong...This place is suitable for active or the restful lifestyle. They have a library stocked with a large number of movies too. It was nice and fun place to stay. Thanks Patrick.

Room Tip: no pool, didn't use fitness center

Relaxing, clean, quiet and perfect location. We have been here many times in the past five years and keep going back. Owners have thought of many little details that set Berry Springs Lodge apart from other places.

We stayed at Berry Springs Lodge last week for the 4th of July holiday and were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to every detail that a guest would need. The breakfast was wonderful and the best thing is that we were travelling with picky eaters and they were graciously accomodated so that their breakfast experience was just as delicious as ours was. The beds were so comfortable and the beautiful atmosphere and views made the trip relaxing. Melissa was very helpful in helping us plan our stay. We have already planned a return trip in October and highly recommend Berry Springs when traveling to the Gatlinburg area.

Wife & I spent the weekend in the area checking out Dollywood & Firefly's. This was our 4th trip to the area and we've spent each one of them at Berry Springs Lodge. Breakfast, Room, & service haven't change, still the best. There are hundreds of places to stay in the area and we'll always stay here.

Room Tip: Our goal is to stay in every room.

We stayed here for three nights in June 2012. We had passed through the area on other vacations but were not familiar with lodging in the area. Since we were pleased with other "Select Registry" lodging and Berry Springs was in the registry we used that as our guide. We are not disappointed. The lodge is located in the low rolling hills east of town (just the right distance out). The lodge exterior is impressive as you drive in. Rooms are immaculate with good furnishings. Inn-keepers Patrick and Sue are helpful and pleasant in any way you need (make sure you get the "backroad maps" from them for faster ways around). Our only regret is that we would have spent more time at Berry Hill and less time stuck in traffic in Gatlinburg! A great place to stay when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. We'll stay here again next time we are in the area.

Room Tip: Second story rooms face east and have a great view from a private balcony. We chose one of these an...
