We have now visiting this town twice...the first time we took the tour with our family and grandkids. We kayaked and canoed with them, and then returned just the two of us for a relaxing weekend. We greatly enjoyed hearing about the remarkable plan of the young men from England who were attempting to claim a bit of their own nobility in America. The area is beautiful, and we enjoyed a fun kayak down the Big South Fork River nearby, starting at Blue Heron and ending at the Yamacraw Bridge.
