We didn't have a reservation and didn't have any problem getting a room for the night. Our room over looked the indoor pool and had a fireplace. We paid a little over a hundred dollars for the night. We were only staying the night. The room was already taken for the next night any way. It was very clean.

We were heading to Dollywood for a day and since it was just a short weekend visit we picked the Best Western Plaza Inn from the internet based on the price and location. We were amazed when we arrived and checked in at how nice the hotel was. The rooms were very nice and clean and we were very happy with how large the room seemed to be. The staff was very friendly, as we had 2 teen girls with us and had to approach the front desk twice due to room keys locked in the room. We got a balcony room on the 5th floor and enjoyed sitting on it and relaxing. We had the parking lot and one of the 2 pools below our balcony, however the balcony rooms are all located in the back section of the hotel so it is very quiet. The rooms are described as "Mountain Vew balconys" and while you can see the mountains in the distance, don't go expecting secluded mountain views. But that said, it is still a nice, relaxing view. We are headed back to Dollywood in June for another weekend visit and I already have a room booked here for that stay as well.

This hotel was quite nice. When I arrived, the desk clerk sent me to a room that was apparently out of order, as there was caution tape blocking the door. I drove back to the office and alerted him to the situation. He graciously apologized and switched me to a room just a few doors from the office. The room was average. I expected a flat screen tv, but they still have the old tube tv's...which isn't big of a deal. The beds were absolutely not comfortable, though. I think it's time to invest in some new mattresses. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, which were both open. We stayed mainly at the outdoor pool since the indoor pool has rooms right at it. The water was heated and was a very nice surprise for the middle of March. This hotel is located very close to Dollywood, which is where we were headed. All in all, pretty good deal.

The hotel was very nice however a couple if downfalls. We took the river view which was more a parking lot view. Also they had a pool right by our side of the hotel however it was not open. We had to go all the way to the front to swim. Beyond that! They were awesome!!

Reserved a room with a balcony with a riverview. What they didn't say is there is a busy road between you and the river. And on the first floor is more of a porch than a balcony. So all night there was plenty of road noise. So go with a mountain view.

All around We were impressed. we had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms had balconies and the hotel had 3 pools , 3 kiddie pools and 3 hot tubs. One set wasnt open yet. The main outdoor pool is 6 feet deep which is rare in hotels. Rooms were big, and clean. and for the price, it was well worth it. Plus they had 2 day passes for Dollywood for the one day price. I will likely return.
