Owner description: For over 12 years, The Great Smoky Mountain Murder Mystery Dinner Show has been entertaining Pigeon Forge with its unique brand of murder, mayhem, and mystery. Loyal followers including returning tourists and local residents keep coming back for first class entertainment, good food, and “whodunit”! “You’ll laugh ‘til you die!” The Great Smoky Mountain Murder Mystery Dinner Show is a small and intimate theater, which proves perfect for the up close and interactive show it provides. Our traditional, restaurant-style murder mystery plays out all over the dining room, so every seat is the perfect seat. There are four sidesplitting, parody style shows played in repertory each week: Scarlett Reloaded (New for 2017), Moonshine Murders, The Killbillies, and Frankly, Scarlett… You’re Dead! Guests will be given the opportunity to participate in the mystery, either by becoming an audience actor or by solving the murder using the clue packet provided at each seat. New for 2017, Scarlett Reloaded is the sequel to our audience favorite, Frankly, Scarlett… You’re Dead! Moonshine Murders stars the Luke family who have been runnin’ shine in Sevier County but are finding it harder to evade the law with all of the tourists in town. The Clampetts are the stars of The Killbillies who have relocated to Pigeon Forge, where Jed is looking for a new life and a new wife! And then there’s Scarlett and Melody, the not-so-sweet daughters of Colonel Simpson, who is looking to marry-off his two bundles of joy in Frankly, Scarlett… You’re Dead! Your ticket includes our “laugh ‘til you die” murder mystery show with a Prize Package for the Top Sleuth of the night, as well as a three-course dinner with choice of soup and desert topping.

“Who Dunnit Lucy- show was Spectacular”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

This was our first time in Pigeon Forge but not our first time to a Mystery Dinner Show. This show was spectacular! We nearly fell off our chairs laughing! The actors were amazingly talented, especially Randall Brown who played Desi. We also saw him in a Country Crossroads show at Dollywood- He is a super great country singer/dancer to boot-I especially enjoyed his Glen Campbell song. My husband and I were not good at figuring out the clues so were surprised at the ending- shhh- we were sworn to secrecy. We can't wait to go back to Pigeon Forge and see the other shows they offer. It was the best Murder Mystery Dinner Theater we've ever been to. Our friends from there enjoyed it with us. One of them even participated in the show- she was awesome! Everyone thought she was one of the murderers! They did take great pictures which were shown on the big screen during intermission/dessert and offered for sale at the end of the show as a memento of the show. The food was good and certainly enough for a normal person, the pork roast was especially tasty as well as the mashed potatoes. We encourage everyone who visits there to see one of these shows!

“Plan to have fun!”
Reviewed May 22, 2013

This was the second time we dined at the Murder Mystery Dinner Show and it was as much fun as the first time. They did a take off the Brady Bunch that was really cute. The clues they give you are important to solve the crime so if you want to participate complete the puzzles. There's three parts to solving the crime and winning and usually only one person actually gets all three. That's why the clues are so important and you really have to pay very close attention to match the clues to the show. We think the food is not that great but it's the experience that we go for. My husband was still hungry when we left. We will go again the next time we are in Pigeon Forge.

“Best Time Ever!!!”
Reviewed May 17, 2013

I had an opportunity to see the GSM Murder Mystery Dinner show and I am glad I did not miss this wonderful show. Everything was on key and it is an experience I will never forget. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. The food was spectacular, especially the creamy vegetable soup, the mouth-watering pork loin and the heavenly cheesecake. The show/actors were not only great and hilarious but very attentive and impromptu to make sure this experience is 1 of a kind for everyone. Not only was I absolutely satisfied, I will return to see other productions, as well as recommend them to all my friends/family. I can't say enough great things about this place and the people behind it, you will just have to see for yourself to know what a great experience this show is and how much my cheeks hurt at the end of the evening from smiling and laughing so much and so hard.
