This was my 2nd time staying at Eagle's Ridge, the first with my whole family. The staff were great and the cabin (#78) was just what we were looking for this Christmas! I just wish it had been decorated like a lot of the neighboring cabins were. This cabin community has wonderful views and is only a couple minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge.

We've been renting cabins in the Smokey Mountains for the last 20 years. At first we had mixed results, but then a family member told is about Eagles Ridge.
Since that time, we've had a good experience every time we rent one of their properties. If any questions arise, they are always very helpful. The cabins are always clean and well appointed and the check-in staff is friendly. I would highly recommend Eagles Ridge to anyone wanting a great getaway in the Smokey Mountains.

My husband and I just came back from our mini-vacation in Pigeon Forge. We stayed at Eagles Ridge Resort in Cabin 75. We loved the cabin. Everything was neat and clean and very comfortable. I loved the Christmas decorations especially the Christmas tree. It was very cozy with the tree lit and the gas fire place going. I loved the hot tub as well. We used it on our last night in the cabin. I would highly recommend 75.

Room Tip: We loved Cabin 75.

We have stayed in Eagles Ridge Cabins for several years and have always loved it. However, we stayed in cabin 307 (kitty Hawk Dr), last week. The cabin is somewhat handicap accessible, (that is the reason I rented this cabin). It has 5 steps going into cabin, however you can push a wheelchair up the sidewalk to the back door with no steps except the weeds and bushes are so grown up, you would scratch the persons up and make them bleed. The handicapped shower tile was so gross with mildew, the bottom of the liner was pink with mildew. I took clorox and poured on it before we could even get in it. The cabin supposedly sleeps 8. The coffee pot was a motel coffee that makes 4 small cups. Who in the world would put that kind of pot in a cabin. The tv's are very small. The one in the den is so small you cant even read the words on it. The heat control is terrible. I did not call Eagles Ridge because I did not want them in the cabin when we were not there. The personnel at the check in was extremely nice and pleasant. The check in process is quick and easy. Check out is very easy. They do need to hire some new cleaning people. Dusty pictures. Carpet disgusting with nasty spots. No closets or anything to set your luggage. We were so disappointed in this cabin because we have stayed at several different cabins in Eagles ridge. Hope this helps someone before they rent cabin 307.

This was our 15th year staying with ER, obviously we love this place and everything about it to have kept returning for all these years and between our normal group and our extended families we normally book more than once a year with them. Unfortunately our latest experience was not good and will likely prevent any of us from returning to this resort. This stay was completely uncharacteristic of most of our previous stays - we have had minor issues in the past however this 'was the last straw', so to speak. The cabin didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned as normal and was not stocked with enough supplies, i.e. towels/sheets for sleeper sofa/bathroom needs and also is in dire need of new bed linens, mattresses, mattress covers, pillows, furniture and bedroom carpeting. The mattress on the pull out couch in the living room should be removed immediately due to its condition. It also would not close. The dining room table had mismatched chairs, which isn't a big deal, but was definitely a first in all of our 15 years worth of stays and an indicator of the updating/maintenance issues warranted. Finding a blood stain on a pillow used in the shams is not something you want to find. We were told that the pillows are seldom removed from the shams except when they are washed therefore it would be easy to miss. ?? The TV in the living room emits a sharp tone buzzing that prevents you from watching it. The tub in the lower level has drainage issues. We also had an incident where it appeared someone had entered our cabin one evening while we were out however nothing appears to have been taken. On a positive note the after hours security response was immediate and thorough and much appreciated. After all of these years and our family’s tradition of staying with them & absolutely loving the location of the North section, it pains me greatly to say we will be using a different cabin company in the future. I truly hate to say anything negative about this resort, we have such great memories there of all of our trips however this stay was just not acceptable and all but ruined our vacation. When we contacted them about the issues they did allow us to view the only remaining cabin available for our stay however it was an older cabin and without going into detail we decided it would not be an upgrade. We were unable to find (or afford, for that matter having already paid for the cabin) accommodations elsewhere for our dates and were never offered the option of a full or partial refund.

We had a great time in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was great. It was neat, clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and beautiful. We loved the swing on the front porch. The only dissapointments were that there were no tips on the pool sticks so we had to go out and purchase a stick to use and that the pool wasn't at this location. We saw the pool on the website and the kids were excited to go swimming but it turns out it was on there other property site (east site?). But overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would go back again!
