As Dollywood season pass holders we are in pigeon forge at least 7-8 times a year and most of the time we stay here at park tower in when the rates are normal.we have never had a complaint on this hotel, everything is always clean and the staff are excellent.i would recomend park tower to anyone with kids, have a indoor lazy river and pool and also a outdoor pool,

Room Tip: if you do not prefer a balcony you can get nonbalcony rooms for $5 less

My husband and I stayed here for one night on the 6th floor in a king room with a balcony facing the mountains. The price: $34.95 + tax! The view was so beautiful. Because it was still the off-season (last week of February), Winterfest lights still lit up the parkway, which we did not expect to see, so that was a nice surprise! The front desk staff were helpful and eager to please. The room was so clean, it was spotless. We were never disturbed by neighboring rooms or hallway noise. The bed was a little firmer than we're used to. The sheets made us itchy, but we inspected them and found nothing. The indoor pool area and game room were nice, however, we did not use them and did not see the fitness room. We enjoyed the biscuits 'n gravy, muffins, and juice for breakfast. The housekeeper knocked on our door before checkout even with the do-not-disturb sign hanging on the handle. We couldn't understand this, but she apologized and went on her way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for the price!

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony with a mountain view!

Stayed here 3 nights, Indoor pool is way too small for size of hotel, it was suppost to be heated and was ice cold, lazy river was alittle warmer, hot tub was so hot it would burn your skin. Chloine smell from pool would burn your eyes very bad after only a few minutes in the pool area. I did ask front desk and they said they would tell mainince and the pool temperature never changed. The Continal breakfest was bad. we went out after looking at it. the bisquites were very cold and hard, and other people were warming up the gravy in a microwave. Would maybe consider staying here again, if nothing else was available.

Room Tip: Check ur room if u want a large refigerator not all the rooms have a big one.

We've stayed here several times on trips to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg. A lot of people want to stay in cabins, but this is only a good option if you have older members in your family that will be staying behind a lot or if you're having a big family reunion and want to stay together. There's so much to do in this area that you're really not in your room much so why pay a fortune staying in a cabin or expensive hotel? This hotel gets the job done! It's friendly, clean, inexpensive, and the kids will love the pool area! We opted for getting 2 adjoining rooms instead of the family suite, because it cost the same, and the family suite only has 1 bathroom. Breakfast included toast, muffins, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice/milk/coffee, and fruit. I will warn you though to bring all necessary toiletries! Don't assume they have shampoo, etc like other hotels. The only thing we had was a bar of soap.

This hotel is just off the main highway in Pigeon Forge. They boast mountain views and private balconys. The rooms are extremely clean and the front desk people are very friendly and will help with finding places to eat, things to do. My only problem was when booking i asked for a room with mountain views and was really excited about the private balcony. When we arrived in our room, it was facing the wrong direction, so the mountains were to the side of my view, no biggie, it was still beautiful. The "private" balcony is really just a bar on each side to keep my neighbors from visiting my area of balcony. I guess i expected something different. The continential breakfast was better than most and even my husband ate. He normally skips breakfast. I really enjoyed the amenities of this hotel and will stay again when i bring my children.
