We stayed at the Willowbrook Lodge for the first time this past weekend and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was definitely a plus. The staff accomodated all of our needs and were very friendly. Overall a great place for families of all ages to stay.

We book a condo at another location that turned out to be a dump. We went into scramble mode and called Willow Brook. I spoke to Grant who offered to hold a room for us until we could get there. Once there they allowed us to go inspect a room prior to renting one. The staff answered every question we had and even gave us a list of restaurants open on Thanksgiving. They also suggested several places; one of which we chose and had a nontraditional thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Willow Brook staff. William

This was the third time my Husband and I have stayed at the Willowbrook. This time we reserved a fireplace/balcony/jacuzzi suite. Bed was uncomfortable and room didn't seem to be the cleanest. The free Wi-Fi was very weak so no Netflix or Amazon would run. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, toast and bagels, cereal, plain oatmeal and plain donuts, and apples. Although we are frequent visitors to Pigeon Forge, we will do further research for our next trip.

Staff was VERY friendly, from everyone in the front office, to the cafe, to the maids! Room was nice, had a pretty good view. The balcony looked out over the outdoor pool and across the parkway, the front door looked across the parking lot and to the mtns.

It was a little loud at the pool area in to your room but it was a very busy time.
I would recommend some type of game room or something for the kids, other than the pools.

The laundry on the 3rd floor was a plus, that was the floor we were on...but i recommend a change machine so you don't have to go all the way to the office.

Evening cookies and cider was great as was the biscuit and gravy!!!

The elevator was slow at times but there were alot of ppl there, would be better if there was another.

Room Tip: I would recommend the 5th floor because of the great views

Just got home from my weekend stay i booked the king jacuzzi room and while the room had been remodeled new paint and nice decor the beds did not have comforters just 2 thin sheets, also it had poor lighting, mold in the jacuzzi, still had a wall mount ac,heat unit which poorly regulated the temperature we had to open the door at one point to cool the room down then in the middle of the night the room got so cold that we had to turn the heater on which worked to well, and they had a fireplace lit in the corner burning propane so it sucked all the moisture out of the air and we all ended up sick also there was no remote or controls for the fireplace to change its settings the room smelled musty when we came back one time and it was boiling hot even though we left the ac on 60 degrees....this place reminds me whyi usually book at the cherokee lodge or riverstone

We reserved the room with the extra Queen pullout bed and was perfect for about 1/3 the price of any one else for 3 beds. we just had 3 adults in the room, but had more than enough space. very clean, and comfortable rooms. included fridge, microwave and LCD TVs.

the morning breakfasts we had while on the road traveling for almost 2 weeks. Great selection, hot and cold options. large dining facilities for indoor and outdoor seating. Included biscuits and gravy (very good), real eggs, krispy kreme donuts, multiple cereals, toast, bagels, milk, juices, coffee with real cream, and coffee mate. never ran out of food, even one morning when we showed up late at 9:45, they were still filling for late-commers! (also, coffee and cookies in the afternoon/evening).

Staff was great and friendly. grounds were well maintained and nicely decorated for fall! Would stay again without hesitation. highly recommended. great family owned business.

Room Tip: Away from outdoor pool is quieter, but if your aren't around during the day, its not a big deal.
