Owner description: The newest and most electrifying theater show in Pigeon Forge. Not a staged or lip-synced performance, The Big Rock Show Theater really rocks with the authentic sounds of the Classic Rock and 80s Arena rock era, bringing a new edge to Smoky Mountain night life. Every Friday and Saturday nights from 11 PM until 1 AM, talented national musicians take to the stage re-creating classic hits from such bands as Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, Bon Jovi, Journey and many more.

It has relocated and is called The Live Rock & Roll Theater. We went to the venue to buy tickets and no one even acknowledged we were there. Called the number and it went to voicemail. Didn't leave a message but got a call back. Guy said they were in a meeting but still had no one managing the desk. Very rude during call. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes courteous service!

Hi Brian,

This Trip Advisor account is for the "The Big Rock Show Theater" which has NO AFFILIATION WHATSOEVER with "The Live Rock & Roll Theater" that you have written this review for. The Big Rock Show Theater has been on hiatus in the Pigeon Forge area while continuing to tour in the Southern United States. We are currently searching for the right venue in the Pigeon Forge area to bring back The Big Rock Show Theater on a regular basis. We are saddened that there is any confusion at all. Your bad experience is clearly outside the norm for anyone attending a theater in The Pigeon Forge area. Best Wishes.

Never got a chance to check out this great idea before the powers that be closed it down. Say goodbye to Rock and Roll

Very disappointed. As a surprise to my wife for our anniversary, we hopped in the car and drove into PF to see the show. Unfortunately, we arrived at the venue, and it was empty... Guess I should of called, but thought for sure, since PF is such a tourist oriented city, the show would go on. No such luck!!!!! ;-(

I did call to find out they were looking for another building. Well, you could of put it on your website!!!!!!

A group of us went up to Pigeon Forge on Aug 3, 2013 and stopped at Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee. WE came across a brochure for The Big Rock Show. We looked into and went that evening to buy tickets. The woman that sold the tickets sold us the show.. she had us so pumped up for it. We got to meet the lead singer, which was really cool. And by the way these people are so very nice. The show was AMAZING!!! The guitarist could give Eddy VanHalen a run for his money..seriously! Must see show, well worth the money. Only down side is the time the show is held. 11pm is kind of late but well worth the lack of sleep!

My husband daughter and I went August 10th. It was the only show that was playing after other events ended. I thought we might get tired and not stay for the whole show, but it was so great we couldn't stop singing and dancing. The performers were all incredible - it was like seeing Bon Jovi, Def Leopard, and Guns and Roses (and many others) all at the same show! Can't wait to go again!
