The service at this Poynor's was awesome. The employees took the time to explain the different mustards, although they were very busy. The employee that helped us seemed genuinely happy to work there. The food was amazing, the best fries I have ever had. The prices are really good for the amount of food you get. Our leftover fries reheated really well in the oven at our cabin. The kids thought the spaghetti ice cream was the coolest thing of the whole trip. All in all, we had a GREAT experience and will probably go back before we go home.

We heard about this place through trip advisor and thought we would give it a try. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered a brat and fries combo that comes with your own choice of sauce. The brat itself is wonderful and the roll it's served on is unique. The regular serving of fries the combo comes with can easily feed 2-3 people. That sauce variety is very broad, so you'll find a flavor to fit your taste.

We came back later that night after exploring the island(which is amazing and will get better when all the store fronts fill up) and got the spaghetti ice. It's amazing.
Overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be returning here every time we come back to town.

Best place I have ate in years in Pigeon Forge. Staff is very friendly and food is fresh. You have to try a few different sauces with the frites, homemade with a German atmosphere.

This place is a real find-the fries alone are worth the effort to seek this place out-it was very evident that the owners take pride in their product.

I loved the food! Authentic (as far as I know) brats and fries, and very good ice cream. They have about 6 different flavors of bratwurst, that are either imported or home made. The bread they go on is like pretzel bread, very good. The fry-dipping sauces are unique and house-made. The twice fried potatoes were outstandingly good, the 6 flavors of mustard were fun and tasty. The ice cream is basically very good vanilla pressed through a spaghetti press and covered in chocolate and strawberry sauces, with chocolate covered caramel candies for meatballs. Very tasty.

The location in general was good and the Island was a fun place with lots to do, but the parking kinda stunk.
On the way from parking into the Island they have a really nice water fountain that dances to music on the hour and half hour. Fun to watch, (Pawner's Pom Freet) is how its pronounced, is right underneath the Sky Wheel. Has mostly outdoor seating, with a couple tables in side. We all agreed we'd go back, but can't figure out how this place made it to #1!?
