“Authentic Frites”
Reviewed February 1, 2014 via mobile

We tried this place based upon reviews and discovered the ratings are well deserved. We had the original and smoked bratwurst with frites. Both are very authentic compared to what we have tried In both Germany and Brussels. The service is excellent and the food is very high quality The homemade mayonnaise is also very good - just like Brussels.

We will eat here again next time in the area.

“Do Yourself a Favor: Go, Eat, Enjoy!”
Reviewed January 31, 2014 via mobile

I went with my family and ordered practically everything on the menu. (We had two children's combos, the curry brat, the Nuremberg, and the smoked brat along with fries etc.). All of it was not only delicious but also addicting. Even my girls, six and eight, ate everything and wanted more. As for the price, it's a value considering most people will spend $60 a plate or more for five star cuisine. This food rivals the same quality for around $10. Service? Impeccable. Cleanliness? Spotless. Don't miss this place.

“The BEST”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

We were traveling in SNOW, and we just barley made it before he was closing for the day. The owner made us our fries and even let us sample a new sauce. He made us our spaghetti ice (with all three toppings!) and provided a lot of very nice conversation for us. He was incredibly kind, and the food was AMAZING. The best fries I've ever had, and the spaghetti ice is to DIE for. If you are anywhere even remotely near this place, you HAVE to try it. There wasn't one flaw.

“Real!!”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

Popped in while taking a tour of the new spot in Pigeon Forge called the Island. We had a big breakfast so we were looking for something small scale for lunch. Saw the usual stuff, and then we saw Pommes Frites, (french fries)....... We split a large fry, and had the garlic black forest dipping sauces. I wish we didn't have a big breakfast so we could have had a "real" german braut with "real" german mustards!! The owner was a delight and we will definitely be back to have a big meal! Such a nice change of venue in Pigeon Forge! We hope he stays for a very long time!!! They are located behind the Ferris Wheel!!!
