We ate a yummy brunch here with our granddaughter, let to play miniature golf , stopped back to get some goodies for dinner when our radiator broke on our car! The manager was excellent, gave us gallons of water and allowed us to leave our car there until it cooled down. The employees were all so helpful and kind. We appreciated them so much!!

I usually stay at stop light 8 and after unpacking I take a walk to this great restaurant.
Sure we have Cracker Barrels in Ohio ..but the wonderful view of the Smokey's while walking and the friendly people in the area...just gives you a lift up.
When entering the old county store it just gives you a warm feel....and to place your name on the waitng list to eat can't be better for they treat you like family and this continues throughout the meal.
After a great meal I walk back ...first taking a view of the Smokey's and go to my room for a restful evening to go touring the area...this resturant just get's me started knowing that I will enjoy my stay.

We stopped here for breakfast. Our waiter (Allen??) was super nice and very helpful. Our food came exactly as we had ordered it and was delicious! We had to ask for a couple items (jelly, etc.) and were given the condiments promptly. More waiters should have been like ours.

We have ate at this restaurant before (last fall) and received the same satisfaction this time. It lived up to true Cracker Barrel fashion and we will absolutely stop at this location if we are ever back in the Pigeon Forge area.

We have visited Cracker Barrels in six states and this one, by far, is the worst we have ever visited. We stopped for breakfast and there were not a lot of people there. We were seated and it was 5 to 7 minutes before anyone stopped at our table. We ordered coffee and breakfast and the coffee was delivered with lipstick on one of cups. They brought out another cup and we placed our order from the menu. Other diners were seated around us and were receiving their orders before we did even though they had been seated about 20 minutes after us. We were out of coffee and no refills. When our food finally arrived it was cold. Not just kind of cold--it was congealed. The gravy in the cup had actually formed a skin on top and would not pour out of the container. My wife's eggs were UGLY. I'm not sure what you can do to eggs to make them look like that and completely cold.

We love to go out to eat and it is a big part of our vacation to try different restaurants and have fun. We went to Cracker Barrel that morning because it is very familiar to us and we wanted a quiet, relaxing time together. When the manager came by our table I showed him the food and made him aware of the other issues such as no coffee refills he said he was sorry (like this happens all the time and he is used to it). He told us we did not have to pay for our breakfast--since we had not eaten any of it this seemed a poor response to our experience.
