Blue - Green resorts placed us here for 2 nights in exchange to listen to there sales pitch. First of all Blue Green is Very High Pressure, Very Very Misleading and expects people to pay good money for something you do not get to see or stay other then pictures. Talked to 2 owners in following days and they both would sell out if they could. The claim stay with RCI. Now the Hotel= Hot Tub Broke, Bed Linens Dirty, Towels had Stains, Shower Curtains Mold and Smell, In-Room Coffee Bad, Breakfast consisted of 2 cold cereals, milk, coffee, hard biscuits and 3 day old gravy served from a plastic bag. The best thing was the front desk girls who were very helpful and professional. The girls were Great ! The Owners,,,, well the top line says it best

Upon our stay at this hotel we arrived on a Thursday April 2. We had planned on staying until Sunday. Thursday evening we relaxed and visited a few sites around town and came in and went to the swimming pool and slept. Friday, we spent the entire day out enjoying sites and spent sometime in Gatlinburg. It was late when we came in and showed and went to bed. By Saturday morning when we were getting dressed and ready to head out again my husband discovered that he had but one shirt! Three of his shirts were missing. They were Harley Davidson t shirts. Naturally he complained to the front desk, and was polite in doing so. We did not have a lot of luggage and pretty much knew what we packed. Before complaining we checked the entire room for them. I mean you would not think someone would rob you of your t shirts. (Including a dirty one.) But they were no where to be found. He was contacted by the front desk person he complained to and she told him that they could not prove he even had the shirts and made him out to be like he was lying!! So he asked to speak to a manager. They kept making excuses. He was offered a check for a small amount but by the time they offered it to him he was already mad. He refused the check because it was not about the money and we stayed our last night at another hotel. They made him out to be a liar. I understand people do stupid things for refunds all the time. But HONESTLY!! The shirts were no where to be found. He was treated very rude and disrepectful and if you stay here just BEWARE. If they will take shirts from you, what else will they do. My family and I no longer felt safe at this place. My husband has and is still trying to contact managers and the owner of this hotel. But everyone seems to not want to deal with him. So I will tell you this. All the people we know will NOT be staying at this hotel. I can assure you that.

We always go to Pigeon Forge for a weekend during the winter. We have stayed at many properties in Pigeon Forge and this was our first time staying here. We were very pleased with this place. The breakfast was absoutely the best. We had planned only to eat there one time during our stay and end up eating there every morning. It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!! The best continental breakfast I ever had. The pool was small but my boys ages 7 & 11 didn't care, they had a wonderful time. We had a room on the 7th floor and a view of the back of motel, which also I might add because my kids enjoyed it too because able to watch the go-karts racing next door. This location is close to restaurants, arcade and shopping too. We will be coming back again. Thank you James Manor for all you do to make your customers keep coming back.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The sheets were crisp and inviting. My hubby and I enjoyed the room with its view of the city lights.. The hotel pool is large sized with plenty of swimming room. The breakfast goes really fast so you must be there early to get anything at all. Overall, the place is pretty nice and I hope that my hubby and I can stay again soon.

We had a family reunion at this property. Three of us family members had a terrible time just making our reservations as a part of the group arrangement. We got rude service on the telephone and were told that there was no such group staying there when we knew we had the right location. The website for the property was down 2 weeks before our visit and is still down now. When we arrived to see James Manor is an average property situated between two go-kart tracks we were disappointed in the location. Our room was spacious but not very clean...there was some kind of fungus growing from the bedside table and the bathroom floor was dirty. The desk clerks were less than professional (one worked while her baby in diapers played in the lobby), The maintenance and staff in this property seem haphazhard. We were there 5 days and in that time the stainless walls of the elevator remained streaked and fingerprinted. The glass of the front doors and lobby never cleaned. When the "no vacancy"' sign went up, it was scribbled in marker and taped to the front door. The water in the pools was a questionable color. The free internet network was so weak that I had to sit on a luggage cart in the hallway to get on line. (the network of the Days Inn across the street was much stronger). There is a TV in the lobby with no furniture near it from which to view the tv. The breakfast is average...no fresh fruit. We won't be back to stay at James Manor. I wouldn't be surprised if the place was going out of business.
