Loved the staff, if you need something you get it... We stayed there with friends and we asked for rooms close together and we were next door to them, and we booked our rooms two months apart. Loved the room, very clean, breakfast room was little, but it was good. will stay there again..."Breakfast lady" Hope You Have A Blessed Day!!!

My husband and I booked a package with Dollywood and this property came up as one of the choices. I booked the mini-suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. The room was nice but we had to walk through a whole lot of smoking refuse to get to it. The outside also smelled of the old smoke.
The breakfast was so bad that we actually went out for breakfast the last 2 days of our 4 day stay. They only had kids cereal and Krispy Kreme donuts and some sort of egg that defied description. The breakfast room was a hole in the wall and overcrowded easily. The girl there was very nice and she tried to make it okay, but the food and atmosphere were against her. There was a total lack of handicap parking for our room and we had a hard time most days managing with my walker in the spaces designated for the suites. Looking at the other hotel options in the area, we felt that Dollywood had lead us astray.

Room Tip: If you want a view of something other than a gas station, don't choose a suite.

i would like to say,me and my family stayed here at vacation Lodge and it was 1 of the worst place i have evered stayed ,love the smokies but will never return back to stay with you all, start off when we go their ,our room was wide open and was being used by the maintenance man to plug up his drop cord and the room was very hot because of it,the ac verily did work it leaked water in the floor ,you have no privacy and it even says on the door inside of the room not responsible for missing items but everyone has a key and can come in your room if they like,we had a cooler full of drinks the we left in the room while we was out during the day, half our drinks was missing, the High speed internet you all advertise are false advertising, didn't work half the time and when it did you had to get close to the window or door, very unhappy with this place,Just a Whole bunch of False Advertising, never stayed somewhere that i feel i was ripped off,i shoud had took the reviews i read about them in consideration but i didn't,you may would want think twice and read all the reviews about them, because i wised i did

We along with other family members booked our rooms online after calling the motel. We told staff that we would have five in our group and would need a room with the fold out sofa bed. The actual motel staffer told us that EVERY room that had two double beds also had the fold out sofa bed. Our other family members had been told the same thing. When we arrived we did not have a sofa bed and no cots were available. We were then told that you're not guaranteed any particular type of room when you book online. I can understand that but I cannot understand why they would flat out LIE to both our groups at different times! We were mad but it was late so we stayed the night. We improvised a bed for one of the kids by wedging the two chairs and some suitcases between the outside door and the tv stand.
The pillows are the worst. They were so flat and hard, we all had neck aches the next morning.
The mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was clean and bug free! The room, overall, was clean and looked nice. The room looked a little old but was in good shape. There were a couple of water bottle lids in the sink drain that made the sink a little slow to empty but was not a major problem. We really liked the balcony that overlooked the strip. We didn't have time to try out the pool but it did appear to be open late. We didn't realize there was a parking garage. We were directed to park behind the building in the parking lot where the rocky hill is collapsing into it. The fencing that had been put up to keep falling rocks and dirt from landing on cars in the lot was partially torn down from the falling rocks and dirt. Some of the lot was ribboned off because of piles of rock and dirt.
Breakfast was good. It consisted of two choices of cereal(cheerios and corn flakes), plain bagels with plain Philadelphia cream cheese in the fridge(toaster available), glazed doughnuts, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, coffee, milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Breakfast is available from 8 till 10 and all items are refilled regularly. It's a good breakfast. The lady who made the breakfast was friendly and while breakfast is free, you can leave her tips in her tip jar. Only one mishap with breakfast, one of us was getting coffee and after pushing the button the coffee would not go off! There was coffee everywhere. There's room for maybe 10 people in the dining room but most people just took their food to their rooms.
We interacted with several staff members while there and all were incredibly nice. It's hard to be mad about the missing sofa bed when the people are so nice but then I wasn't the one stuck sleeping on two chairs shoved together. Maybe the nice is just a cover up or maybe we both talked to someone who just didn't really know and thought they did.

Room Tip: I would just make sure to book directly with the motel if you need a particular kind of room, other...

My family stays here often. It has always been neat and clean.
We are usually there 4 to 6 times a year.
Everyone is nice and friendly. Breakfast is also a plus!
I 've stayed several different place in Pigeon Forge but over all this is my favorite.

Room Tip: Always been a nice place to stay and I am very picky about things!

very pleased with the room, very spacious. good sized for kids to play. we had a two queen suite with jaquzzi and fire place. good hot breakfast every morning, was the same every morning maybe they could change it up everyday. pool was open late, had a small garage for your car. air conditioner was really good, always clean room when we came back to the room an fresh towels. would recommend this motel, and would be coming back. And also the room was a good price for the size. Very comfy beds.
