“Very nice room for the price”

Paid $44 for a Deluxe queen room. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The property is pretty new so nice and modern. The bathroom had a couple things that could have been cleaned a little better (the vent for the fan was completely dusty and underside of the faucets were pretty dirty) but nothing that bothered us. I would definitely stay here again but don't plan on eating the hotel breakfast. It was absolutely pathetic. They should really step it up or don't even offer it. Had biscuits and gravy that was cold and obviously from a can and 3 cold cereals (Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran and something else). Canned peaches were gross, fresh fruit was all gone, coffee was horrible and juice was watered down. No yogurt or bagels which I thought was pretty standard and don't even dream about eggs or toast or waffles. They don't have them. Stay here for the rooms and the price but figure on going out for breakfast.

We stayed here while attending Wilderness Week. We've stayed here before because the staff is so accomodating for our group. They let us use the breakfast area for our nightly "happy hours". They are very friendly and very helpful as well. The room was ready and clean when we arrived. Breakfast is the standard fare but with no waffles. The price was right too. We will stay here again for sure.

great deal,stayed for one night,was really surprised.room was huge,bed and pillows were nice,very clean,had nice sitting area,indoor pools and hot tub,good breakfast, staff was really nice and it was a great deal

I really enjoyed staying here while on a short weekend getaway for one night in pigeon forge Tn.
The staff were very friendly, went out of their way to say hello, housekeepers too.
The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a fireplace burning, it was very cozy and added to the seasons joy!
The room rate was low, only 50.00 and the room , a two queen bed was clean and comfortable and spacious. I didnt hear noises from other guests. The room came with a microwave,mini fridge and coffee maker.
The window was able to open and there was a holly tree in bloom right outside and a semi view of mountains.
It is in walking distance to several restraunts & attractions
over all the place was great.

I stay there every year, it is clean and very nice, you do not get much for breakfast but the breakfast there is good, it is better than going out for breakfast, i would like to eat free than pay for overprice breakfast.. and the 5 guys burger is only 100 yards away..

Great stay and location. Very helpful and informative staff. Front desk clerk Everett just a pleasure to talk with. Hope more young people could be more like him. Keep up the good work.very good customer service day or night. Lot of good coupons and pamphlets available.enjoyed breakfast bar. Beautiful Christmas decoration. The town was very nicely decorated. Not repeat myself but Everett is the kind of guy that goes the extra mile.

We have stayed at Red Roof Inn Pigeon Forge several times. Each time our room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was pretty good. It is in a good location as well. The indoor pool open 24/7 was a plus as well. Would stay again.
