Outside looking in this hotel, looks very nice. But, take a step in the rooms, Very disappointing. the pool and the hot tub was nasty. Our room was nasty mattress had stains on it, the carpet was soiled. The toliet had a nasty ring. I was so very disappointed. My back hurt the entire time. The bed hurt like HECK! Breakfast, awful! Go out and eat! This hotel should have been begging people to stay for free. The money I spent here was well wasted, and I recommend they do a upgrade soon. NASTY! The first part of my trip was ruined by this hotel, but I moved to the econo lodge and it was Wonderful! Best hotel, who would have thought it! Please people by pass the RED ROOF INN!!!!!!!!!! dont waste your money!

Way above and beyond any Red Roof Inn! I've always thought of Red Roofs as "economy" or "value" hotels after staying here from a recommendation of a friend it's our go to place every time we visit. The whole place is modern, clean and well decorated from the lobby to the rooms to the 24 hour indoor pool. 4 big plush pillows on each bed a delicious complementary breakfast a quite peaceful nights sleep, excellent customer service and it only set us back $86 (and that's on the 4th holiday). Literally steps to dinning, shopping and fun! (check out the Smokey Mountain Brewey next door) We LOVE it here and can't wait to come back.

We had wonderful time a Red Roof. Staff was friendly & accomodating for us to check in vey late at nigh. Rooms were very clean and comfortable for the price we paid it was steal. Next day owner was geneourous enough to upgrade my room to a room with jacuzzi, with no change in price, thus making me a very greatfull custommer.

Room Tip: Call hotel directly and book rooms for better value

Centrally located in Pigeon Forge with lots to do within walking distance, both attractions and restraurants. Not the ritziest place, but a good value. If you'd rather save a few bucks and stay in a nice place, this is it. I recommend.

Our family of 3 stayed at the Red Roof the weekend of the Dolly Parade. It is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We had reserved a room on an upper floor and had requested one close to the elevator, because my Mom cannot walk very good due to her bad knees. When we checked in, the nice gentleman at the desk offered to move us into a ground floor room at no additional charge (originally $10 more per night).

The room was wonderful! The beds have pillow-top mattresses which makes for extra softness and comfort. The room had a microwave, small fridge, and even had a small patio with table and chair. The only disappointment about the room was that we were under the impression it had a armchair and ottoman, but it didn't...just a table with two chairs like usual hotel rooms.

The pool was nice and the hot tub was to die for! They were extremely clean and they are open 24 hours, even though the sign says 6AM-12 Midnight.

The continental breakfast was good. They offer muffins, bagels, cereals, and biscuits and gravy. It is a real money saver for those on a budget. There is plenty of tables in the dining room as well.

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff that we dealt with were very courteous and helpful.

The location of this hotel is very good as well. It is off the main parkway, so you don't hear all the traffic and commotion on it. Also, the Red Roof is close to all major attractions, including Titanic, Hatfields and McCoys, MagiQuest, Hollywood Wax Museum, and Dollywood. There are all kinds of restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as Mini Golf and a movie theater.

The Red Roof is by far one of the best hotels in the Pigeon Forge area. We will definitely be returning!

We are both retired and booked a room here after staying here 4 other times in the past. If you want peace and quiet ask for a room on the 5th floor at the end of the hall. We were in 504 and it was quiet just as we asked. The only complaint was the room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner--looked as if the motel maid just skimmed the surface. Carpet needs shampooing. Noticed caulking in the shower was pulling away from the tub liner big time. Could cause a mold issue down the road. Free breakfast was okay-nothing outstanding but it was free! Desk clerks were polite and helpful at check in and check out. Plenty of luggage carts were available which is nice.

Room Tip: if you want peach and quiet stay at the end of the hall.
