“Not a Deli”
Review of Mcalisters Deli

Mcalisters Deli
Ranked #51 of 175 Restaurants in Pigeon Forge
Certificate of Excellence
Cuisines: Delicatessen
Description: Home of hand-crafted sandwiches, always fresh salads, giant stuffed spuds and our Famous Sweet Tea. It's always better to give. And at McAlister's, we give as much as we can, including free refills, big portions and big smiles. It's easy to be giving when you're a giver by nature. And we're givers. So as soon as you step through our doors, you can relax and expect to get a little more. Whether it's getting free refills on your sweet tea without ever leaving your seat or being served portions always a bit bigger than your appetite, giving you more of what you like is what we like to do. That's why you'll always be treated like an old friend and be greeted with a warm smile even if we just met.

“Not a Deli”
Reviewed July 9, 2014

We were hungry but did not want to drive so we scouted out restaurants to which we could walk. Many had lines, but not McAllisters. The place is not a deli. You order your meal at the counter and staff brings it to your self-selected table. Some of us liked our meals, but anyone who got a meal with chicken was disappointed. The staff was very eager to refill drinks and make sure we were okay.

“Best Place for Lunch”
Reviewed July 8, 2014

Enjoyed lunch with the family on a very hot day in July! The food was fresh and delicious. I had the pecan strawberry salad and half of an orange cranberry club sandwich. Others in the group had the Memphian, and also the Orange-cranberry club sandwich. All were very happy with their choices. We especially like the sweet tea! It was the best. We will definitely eat at this place again!
Prices are very reasonable and not inflated because of its location in a highly traveled area of Pigeon Forge.

“A nice change”
Reviewed July 8, 2014 via mobile

We went for dinner needing something a little lighter than a full meal with lots of meat. We left very satisfied. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I thought the prices were reasonable. I didn't have any dessert but the sweet tea was wonderful! My son is a very fussy eater but they even had a pita pizza on the kids menu that he enjoyed.
We went to the Pigeon Forge location and would definitely recommend!

“Good food!”
Reviewed July 7, 2014 via mobile

Stopped for lunch at my daughter's recommendation and was glad we did. I had one of their spuds and that was huge! It was fantastic and my husband's French dip sandwich was delicious! Service was very good and and we would go back.

Best place in Pigeon Forge for salads, sandwiches and soup.

Enjoy the tea. Friendly service and very reasonably priced quality food.
