We stayed in this KOA in June. Very disappointed with campsites, not enough room between campers, campsites flooded, restrooms smelled. Workers were friendly but campground definitely needs some upgrading. Dog walk was a joke, located on the side of a hill, no gates, just split rail fencing. At our earliest chance we relocated to another campground in the area.

We have stayed at this KOA for several years and always had great service. This past September really showed what great folks run this place. We arrived in a pop up. My husband started to crank it up and the cable popped. They helped by finding someone for us to call only for us to find out it could not be fixed anytime soon. They called another campground to secure us a cabin. Here we were with reservations paid and in between a rock and a hard spot. They fully refunded our money and were more than gracious about doing so. Service like this is why we continue each year to use this KOA.

We camped here on the fourth of july weekend. The spaces are very tight and cramped. It was very hot and the swimming pool was crowded. They had bible clubs for the kids which was really great. They limit the parking to one vehicle and a second vehicle costs several dollars a night. The best part is it is close to dollywood and other attractions.

We have stayed here numerous times. As usual a good experience! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Facilities were clean. Close to good restaurants, trolly, and some good shops. Great central location for other attractions. Campground was guiet and very relaxing. Will definitely be back!

We stayed four nights over Labor Day weekend. Check-in was good, easy enough to find our site, but at all other KOA's we've stayed at we were escorted to our site by an employers on a golf cart. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. Bathhouses were pretty clean. I liked that the showers were separate from the bathrooms. Pool was clean, & I appreciated the bathroom stall near the pool, instead of having to trek back to our site or a far away bathhouse. The play area had a slide & a couple of swings & was off in a corner. Literally a couple of minutes to Dollywod or the Parkway.

My husband and I rented a cabin at this KOA for two nights...the cabin we stayed in had no linens, bathroom, etc. just a basic layout with one bed, a set of bunk beds, a table, and a bench...also a porch swing, fire pit, and picnic table outside. The cabin was nice an clean--also bug free! The communal bathrooms and showers were very clean and well lit too. We really enjoyed our stay here...there was a creek close to the cabin so we could take our chairs down and watch the ducks...that was really relaxing. There is a heated pool and hot tub at the campground--very well maintained and clean. The best thing about this campground is the location. There is a huge walking track just next door so and it is easily accessible to "the strip" so you can walk to just about anything...also it is about 1.5 miles from Dollywood (there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the campground and take you to Dollywood.) All in all, a nice place to stay.
