What a great place to stay!!! This is the second time I have stayed with them and nothing but good things to say! Spacious and awesome bedrooms, wonderful kitchen, loved the gas fireplace, so homey! But the best surprise of all was opening the door of the cabin and seeing a Christmas tree all decorated for us. Happy smiles on everybody's faces! Can't wait to go again

I had a wonderful experience both booking our stay and during the visit. The facilities were very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed for a group of 30. The staff went out of their way to help us through a billing situation and the emergency maintenance were a great help with the icy roads and worked to get them salted for our arrival. Our students loved the facility and we plan to return!

We make a trip every year for Christmas. This is the first time we have stayed at Smoky Mountain Christian Village. We have a very large family. They come from NYC, NC, VA,TN, and PA. This is the only time we are able to all be together. The Village was wonderful, clean, safe,so much for our grand kids to do. Hiking, swimming, basketball, carpet ball, to name a few. Thank you for having such a wonderful Christian place for us to come to visit. As they say "same time same station" next year!!!!!!

This was our 2nd time to visit SMCV and the experience was great (again). Lots of room and very clean accommodations. We had a little trouble with getting our fireplace to function properly, but the staff was happy to come out and get it going for us. Unfortunately, it was tied to the thermostat so it wouldn't come on unless the room was cold so we had to decide if we wanted warm bedrooms or a fire in the fireplace. That needs to be addressed. Also, I understand that it is supposed to be a 'retreat' but I would really like for them to have "wi-fi". Most of us who have to keep in touch with the outside world just end up using our data plans (hotspots) anyway so why not make it a little easier for us. I would gladly pay a couple of extra dollars for the added convenience.

We heard about Smoky Mountain Christian Village a couple of years ago, and we are so happy that we gave them a try. It is amazing and everything far exceeded our expectations. The 3 bedroom chalet (it actually had beds and plenty of room for 18+ people) is huge, and very clean. It had 3 full bathrooms (very spacious) a kitchen/dining/living room that were all connected and very large, a sunroom with beds and also a game table that the kids enjoyed. We got some awesome family pictures in front of the fireplace that I'll treasure as a memory of our trip. The scenery from our cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs in the morning, or relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evening. The pool was only a short walk along a pretty trail, and the water was nice and warm. It is very close to anything you'd want to do in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, yet very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Christian Village to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Room Tip: The cabin was much larger and nicer than we expected. The main office has games and outdoor toys tha...

We spent 2 days at Cabin #3 for our Women's Retreat this year! Cabin #3 was extremely spacious for our group of 39. The accommodations were excellent and the staff easy to work with.
Thank you, SMCV for making our time of fellowship and study a great success!

This place is awesome - it was such a blessing to find it! We have a large family with young children and loved the huge size of the 3BR chalet that we stayed in. It was sooo big that we didn't even use the upstairs. It was very clean too. It has very nice rustic country decor with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, and it even has a washer and dryer. The jacuzzi on the porch along with the rocking chairs provided hours of relaxation while admiring God's magnificent creation. The view is stunning, and there are pretty walking trails. The water in the pool was warmer than any place we've stayed and we had it to ourselves. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even set up the fire pit for a fun evening of s'mores and volleyball. This would be a perfect place for a family reunion or group get together.

It is very close to town (across from Dollywood), but secluded, peaceful and quiet. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Room Tip: We stayed in a 3BR chalet, but also looked at a 2BR to consider for our next trip. Both were very cl...
