Owner description: Located only a mile and a half off the Pigeon Forge parkway, Smoky Mountain Ziplines offers the newest canopy tour in the Great Smoky Mountains area with the same experienced and lovable crew you've enjoyed zipping with in years past. We finally have our brand new course open that we've been promising our loyal guests for the last year. Its a two hour adventure across 4200' of cable including one 30' tall controlled descent, free canned drinks, and the highest trained and funniest zipline guides in the Pigeon Forge area. Guests start the tour riding to the top of our mountain in our M35a3 military trucks. Once at the top of the mountain they’re given s short instructional on how to ride our ziplines. The friendly nature of our course starts riders with a gentle beginning line before reaching heights well over the treetops and offering some of the best views in town. A couple of lines in we also send guests down our brand new controlled descent on our Deus Device letting them freestyle down thirty feet between platform decks. From there its off to our massive new tower for a truly one of a kind view of Mt. Leconte on sunny days. Line four is our longest zip of 800' before returning you to our fully immersive tree platforms for a real canopy experience. Our fully trained and safety conscious guides are with you the whole way handling all of the hooking, unhooking, and thanks to our brand new brake system even the braking. Call us today! We're ready and willing to take your family's mountain adventure to brand new heights. The canopy tour is perfect for first time zippers as well as experienced thrill seekers. Once the 2 hour canopy tour is over, you can enjoy complimentary canned beverages at our base camp as well as a chance to view your group's reasonably priced photos. Smoky Mountain Ziplines is sure to provide your family with a once in a lifetime experience!

My wife had been wanting to zipline for a while so for our anniversary we went to Smoky Mountain Ziplines. We did not have an appointment and it was very busy, however, the staff worked us in and it only took about an hour wait! EVERYONE was awesome but the guides, Sarge and Brad, were the best! They made everyone comfortable and even made a few of the nervous customers relax. We plan on riding down on the bike in a few months so we can cruise the big boy lines! Thank you again to the staff for working us in, it was awesome!

We had a great time, the guides were a lot of fun. I will definitely do this again, next time I will do more lines. What a great way to take in some scenery!

Smoky Mountain Ziplines was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was friendly from the minute we stepped out of the car. We had made reservations, and everyone knew us by name the minute we walked through the door. My husband and I were able to complete the 14 line course and the super lines just with the tour guides, which made the experience both relaxing and fun. I am slightly afraid of heights, and Matt and Travis kept me laughing and relaxed the whole time. It was a great experience, from start to finish. They provide drinks along the way and at the end of the course. The course is safe, the home base is clean, and it was just an overall great experience.

This was the first experience with ziplining for my sister-in-law and myself. We loved it and are extremely glad we did it. As "seniors" we were a little anxious on our ability to do zipline but it was simple. The biggest key is the ability to follow simple instructions to pull down on the cable with a well-gloved hand when instructed by our guide to slow down. The staff was more than welcoming and very patient in answering all our questions. And the guides were very professional and followed wonderful safety procedures. The end result was exhilaration. My sister in law actually wants to go back and try the 'super' zip lines.

The wife and I had the opportunity to take a tour at Smoky Mountain Ziplines, and had a wonderful experience. Diesel and Dennis were a blast, while at the same time being safe and courteous. EVERY PERSON we interacted with, from the photographer, to the guides, from the truck driver, to the owner were genuine, and fun. We have had the opportunity to do other zipline tours in the area, and while all of them have had some real high points, the people at Smoky Mountain Ziplines put the experience over the top for us. The Super Lines were awesome as well. Then get back and wet your whistle with a complimentary fountain drink, a nice gesture that doesn't happen at the other tours. I would go back in a heartbeat, and feel more than confident that anyone I recommended there would have a great experience.
