Owner description: Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck and iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

Exhibit was very well done & extremely interesting, with numerous interactive stations. Also appreciated abilitiy to use taped info at many sites, which gave us more in depth information about numerous items. Lower rating value was marked in regard to gift shop purchases & did not reflect on exhibits themselves!

I actually worked there and helped to open and launch the museum I also visited the museum with many of my friends and family. The stair case was where I spent most of my time and watching the faces of the guests come into that room with their jaws dropping as they walked ina dn examined every aspect fo the huge room was such an incredible gift to me. i thought the reading was heavy but the artifacts and the information was really engaging. Of course I do not reccommend it for children under 7 years of age, I think the parents should spend their time without the hassle of children who have obviously lost interest. Teenagers may not like this attraction unless they are truly Titanic Fans, then they will lvoe the experience and the beauty. The cosumes and the information that each crew member was required to know helped to make the experience of ever guest truly a magic one. I personally enjoyed every single minute spekaing to the guests and answering their questions. i highly reccomend this attraction if you in teh pigoen forge area. It has been three years since i worked there but my memories are fond and i treasure them.

We learned a lot, amazed at the room were they showed the plans and how it was built. The letters from people that was on the ship. The cutest part is the boarding pass you get if you are a man you get a mans name a woman a wmans name, each is the actual name ,age, status, and story of a person who was on the ship. At the end of the tour there is a glass memory wall, it has the name of every passenger and weather they died or survived, you find the name and know wwhat you fait was. It was awesomw the kids loved it. The water is the same temp as the real stuff was, this is as must see if you are interested in our history!

We both felt that this was worth at least a one time visit for anyone that is interested at all in the Titanic. There is so much interesting information within the exhibit and staff stationed throughout the tour to help with any questions. You definitely come out with an even deeper appreciation for what the passengers and crew endured.
Be prepared to read alot, but we don't recommend the audio as an alternative.

We really enjoyed the exhibit. The displays were incredible. I expecially liked having the recordings at certain exhibits. Excellent pictures. Courteous and helpful staff.
