Lots of stop all around Pigeon Forge, great prices. Dollywood trolley drops you off a short walk from the main entrance for 50 cents a person. Only complaint was a/c wasn't working on our trolley but the ride was short so we were ok.

What a great way to get around town! We bought the all day pass for $2.50 and it was worth every dime. We went all over the town on these trolleys. The drivers are great and friendly too!

We went to Dollywood two days and took the trolley both days. It is very convenient and much cheaper than paying to park at Dollywood. Plus you don't have to sit in traffic because the trolley uses a different entrance road. I would recommend getting to the parking lot early because on a Saturday afternoon the lot can fill up between Dollywood guests and the Old Mill shoppers.
I would use the trolley again. We never waited more than 10 minutes to get on a trolley, even at night after the park closed.

My son always wants to ride the "Charlie". We have to ride the Trolley at least once. You can catch the trolley to anywhere and it is very inexpensive. We love to ride the trolley to save on gas.

One of the last things you want to do when your in the Smoky's is drive around and sit at traffic lights all the while your blood pressure is boiling. Save your self the worry by catching the local trolley. There are trolley stops every where. Some with benches others are just signs. Most of the times trolleys run about every 20 to 30 minutes. But in peek tourist season wait time can be a little longer. Also there are a lot of stop and go along each route with people getting off and on. The confusing part is knowing which route you need to be on. With 6 different routes you need to pick up a brochure with the routes color coded and and learn where each trolley goes. All drivers are super helpful and don't mind answering any questions about where the best places to eat are located and all the attractions. The best value is picking up the All Day Pass wristband for $2.50. That way your not digging for change ( The drivers "DO NOT" make change) so save yourself a headache. So here are my pro's and con's. Pro's, Save a ton on gas and ride the trolley, easy trolley stop locations almost every where. Ride all day with a wristband for 2.50. Con's Takes a long time getting places during heavy traffic times and peek seasons. Can be confusing until you learn the color codes for the trolley routes.
