“close to town still in the mountains”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 2, 2014

we own a cabin here, we don't rent it out, but many owners in the complex do. Each cabin is owned by different people and rental companies do the cleaning and arraignments.. The complex is clean, fairly quiet and close to EVERYTHING! Even though you are in the heart of Pigeon Forge, you still feel like you are in the mountains because of the way the cabins are laid out. Once you figure out the back roads to avoid traffic you are 15 minutes from the Park, and 10 minutes from Dolly Wood, 1 minute to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge
we are there at least once a month

We stayed at the Mountain Safari cabin. We absolutely loved it! Three floors, 2 bedrooms with an extra room that has a couch that turns into a bed. Hot tub outside on deck overlooking the mountains. Very peaceful!

We were looking to get away from the grind last minute on Friday. I called and spoke with Rhonda at Alpin Mountain Chalets. We were looking for a quite weekend and found heaven at the chalet she helped us select. " Don't Fence me Inn " exceeded our expectations . The best we could do was get there by 10 pm. After completing the short. Check in form and rental agreement sent via E mail we were on our way. We were at Mcdonlds in Pigeon Forge at 10:30pm pulling up the map to the office to get our check in packet as they close at 5pm when my phone rang it was Rhonda checking on us ,when she discovered we had not rec,vd her last e mail with the directions straight to the cabin with our key code she waited while I connected to the Internet at McD and read it ,she then made sure I was headed the correct way to get there and gave us a late check out time for Sunday as we were so late checking in.Great customer service again! It was a wonderful place with hot spa on the porch that I went to enjoy as soon as suitcases were out of the car. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck the next morning and then played some pool downstairs. The chalet had king beds and spa baths in the bedroom . Was everything we needed. Grilled a great steak dinner from local store that was close by for shopping Sat night and when we woke up Sunday we both did not want to leave. I called the the office number and told them we did not want to leave and was advised they would check to see if that was possible and call me back. Within moments Rhonda called us and advised we could indeed stay another night and again with a late checkout. This was one Long Weekend we will will not soon forget. Again made possible by Great customer service and the place exceeded in being very clean and well appointed. We are already planning our next getaway and this will certainly be our choice. Even though the pool was closed for the winter it looked very nice and they had a Crew already prepping it for opening soon.

Room Tip: Tell them what you are looking for and they will help select what will meet your needs with very nic...

We stayed in something blue cabin. It is very wooded, no view at all. It was a nice cabin but the bed was the worst ever. It could use a little better cleaning to make things more comfortable. It wasn't nasty but could use some tlc to make it inviting. The carpet seemed greasy feeling and the hardwood floors just felt dirty. The location is perfect to town and the clubhouse pool. Parking is at the front door which was a plus. The microwave didn't work so that made things hard when we wanted to eat at the cabin. The hot tub is in a secluded part of the house. I'm not sure if I would stay with this company again, I've had so much better for a lot better pricing.

Alpine Mountian Village has beautiful cabins in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. My grandchildren enjoyed themselves very much. They always want to keep going back to the cabin in the mountain. My husband, children/spouses, grandchildren and I have made many beautiful memories in Pigeon Forge. We would return in a heart beat. Everything is so convenient. There are so many restaurants. There is a variety of attractions for the grandchildren as well as the adults.
Absolutely wonderful trip!!!
