“Good value for money”

We had a great stay. The rooms could use a little updating, but nothing major. Our five year old loved the ducks. Darlene was a great help in the breakfast room as well. The location is off the Main Street, but well within walking distance of everything. We will most definitely be staying there again.

Thank you for writing a review about your stay at Creekstone Inn. Feedback from our guests is very important to us and we are currently making several upgrades to the property. The ducks are always so very entertaining to watch. I will be sure to pass along your kind words to Darlene as she will so enjoy hearing them. Hope to see you again soon on your next trip to the Smokies!

The visit was great a lot in part because of Missy Grooms. She was so helpful in scheduling our group (which is not always an easy task). The clean rooms, covered parking, and balconies over the creek makes a great place to come back to in the evening after a long day of fun. We will return for our next group outing in the Pigeon Forge area and will recommend to others.

I have stayed here numerous times and written numerous reviews, however this last time from May 31-June 2 will be our last.

The whole reason that I stay here is because of the quiet and the creek. That being said....

The first night a huge group of motorcyclists came in late at night waking up what I feel like was everyone in the hotel.

The creek? It has been built up since our last visit with large rocks, for I what I feel like is to control erosion, and I get that. There is no spot to get in the creek and wade at Creekstone. We had to go up to Smoky Shadows to "put in" to tube or even wade in the water.

Got out of the shower the first night and walking around in the room all of the soles of our feet were BLACK!! Had to get back in and wash my feet!

The deal breaker? My daughter dropped an earring on the morning we were checking out and while on hands and knees to find it, looking under the bed was a WHOLE RED APPLE (which explained the fruit flies we kept seeing) and packets of ketchup. When I went a few minutes to check out and told the front desk staff, their mouths literally dropped open and were speechless. There were no "I'm sorry"s, nothing.

So thanks but no thanks Creekstone Inn-we will never stay here again or at any of the Smoky Mountain Resorts properties, nor will we recommend it to anyone.

Oh, and they still charge people for the safe even though we had no idea how to get in it, so if you must stay here, be informed!

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback about your experience. We strive to make sure our guests have clean and comfortable accommodations and it is disappointing to learn that your stay was anything less than 100% satisfactory.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the cleanliness of your room and the traffic noise. At Creekstone we take these situations very seriously and have taken the proper actions to prevent reoccurrence.
As you can tell by our other recent reviews, this is not a typical guest experience at Creekstone Inn and we hope that you would reconsider staying with us during your next getaway to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Rooms are a little tight and could use some minor updating but they are very clean. It is an excellent location and the creek right outside your back door is great! I sat on the balcony every morning enjoying my coffe and the view. Not being on the main drag makes it a lot more quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoyed feeding the ducks. Pool is nice and clean. We have stayed here before and will do so in the future. Great value for the money.

Great hotel....really enjoyed our stay. Missy Grooms made the scheduling process for our motorcycle group extremely easy! Hotel had a covered parking structure that allowed us to keep our bikes dry when the rains came.

Balcony in each room that overlooked the river were a nice benefit...peaceful place to kick back and relax after a long day of riding.

Would definitely recommend to other groups and we will plan to return soon!

Stay one street and feel like you are in a park setting! Balconies over the river! Can feed the ducks or even get in the water with them for tubing!!
From the early bookings we had to make a change because of the weather. Missy Grooms handled both the cancellations and the rebooking, with no problem for any of our group!!

Room Tip: All rooms are over the river and have a balconies.

Picking was slim booking this last minute before Memorial Day Weekend, but this quaint little place fit the bill nicely. Don't bother with breakfast, it's mini-donuts, packaged muffins, and coffee. Hit up one of the hundreds of cheap buffets instead (we liked Reagan's Pancake House). Feeding the ducks and geese ($1 for cracked corn at the front desk) was fun. Every room has a balcony overlooking the creek (as well as the campground across from the creek). It's one street off the main drag so getting in and out is easy. Air worked, showers worked, TV worked, and you can sniff off the campground's wireless with decent speed. Nothing fancy, but I'd stay here again on my next trip to "Redneck Vegas" :)

Room Tip: Breakfast is served in a converted guest room (217), so avoid rooms 216 and 218 on either side. Ele...
