“Not sure award worthy”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

We stayed 4 nights and it was OK but award worthy I'm not sure. The room was about normal, old and dated. Our alarm radio didn't work and the shower knob was about to fall off. The place needs some updating. Pretty clean though and mostly quiet. What I don't understand is how they offer breakfast for people in 125 rooms and only have 10 tables. Most of the employees were friendly except for the girl when we checked out. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. We think this motel is in a good location though and we would consider staying here again. Prices were pretty good.

This is more of a Motel, that and Inn or Hotel, all doors are exterior. With that being said, it's clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Breakfast was good...make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal and yogurt, and pastries. The breakfast are was very small, not enough room for very many to sit, but outside was nice so we sat outside (we were traveling in mid September) The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the sheets are not your typical sandpaper sheets! Pillows are a bit small, but you get two per person. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Parking wasn't bad either. Overall for a couple or small family of 4, this is a good place to stay and affordable...sign up for the Comfort Rewards and you get a discounted price too!

Room Tip: There's not much of a view, but it's off the main parkway so ask for a room on the back (bui...

The hotel is not a five star property, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast and great pool facilities - this could be for you. Pools stay open until midnight. Breakfast includes eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, fruit, etc.

This is one of the better Quality Inns though it is old and dated and was formerly another motel. It does need some serious updates, such as a desk and ample work area in each room. This has been a serious problem as all I had for work was a small, round wobbly table with a cracked base. The heating/cooling system in each room is very noisy, the rooms are rather dark and the location is very noisy and busy. The breakfast room is really small for such a large facility and should be at least twice the size it is. Many times there is nowhere to sit down. I would not stay here again for these reasons.

Room Tip: Get a room with everything you need. Check over the room before checking in.

Stayed there last week of September, 2011. Enjoyed the area so much, went back again this year. Had another great stay at this hotel. Booked 4 mos ahead. Got a great deal. Front desk help on any shift was excellent and knowledgeable of the area attractions.
The room was clean. Stayed 5 days there and room was cleaned thoroughly each day as we were out exploring. The bed was comfortable, the grounds were well cared for. There is an outdoor pool with complimentary use of indoor pool at the comfort inn next door.
Nice breakfast, always had a seat, however it is a small area. We would defintely stay there again. Within walking distance of several restaurants, ice cream, shops.

This was the 5th time staying at Quality Inn and Suites at Dollywood Lane in Pigeon Forge, TN. Again, the stay was nice. The motel is an older one, however, has been updated with new bedding, air conditioning and furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The motel is quiet, the location couldn't be better. The property is kept clean, both inside and outside. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and is very prompt. We had trouble with the TV and the front desk sent up someone right away and the problem was corrected immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about this motel. I will stay there every time I visit the area.
