My wife had heard about the Three Bears General Store and wanted to explore it, so off we went. This seems to be a place that a lot of folks like. It is what you would expect of a "General Store", in that it has T-shirts, Jams and Jellies, some "moonshine" stuff, lots of items dealing with Bears, as well as trinkets and hats and many doo-dads. There is a second floor, and on the third floor, you can pay $3 to see live bears. We opted Not to see the bears, only because we spent a good amount of time looking around. If you like items dealing with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and like General Stores like the one on the Island or the Old Mill Store, then this store will more than likely have items you will enjoy.

This place has a little bit of everything. I can’t believe we have just driven by this place for years and never went inside. Definitely worth the trip in.

Wow! This superstore is like a combination of the top attractions in Pigeon Forge all under one roof. To start, there is a giant bear as a photo op in the lobby. Once inside this two story complex, there is a seemingly endless supply of home decor including bear items, signs, dog products, candles, and kitchenware. To the right are bottles of sauces, dips, and other snacks. They have an ice cream counter and very tasty slices of fudge that come in more varieties than just chocolate and vanilla.

The entire left side consists of a surplus of clothing, handbags, and jewelry.

Upstairs, there is a studio for the "old time" photos, a massage area, live bears, a Christmas shop, and toy area. The prices are extremely reasonable and low in comparison to shops of a similar caliber.

We always stop in here for gifts and will continue to do so trip after trip.

We go to this store every time to feed the bears. Due to covid they wouldn’t allow you to feed the bears. We paid $3.75 to go in and the bears were all hiding. I was really disappointed in this. The store itself is always great.

Hi! So sorry about our bears hiding. They are like humans sometimes, just wanting to stay in their den. However, they are most active during feeding times so be sure to ask the front desk when that is and they will let you know the best time to view our bears. Thanks!

Loved this store. The staff was welcoming patient and knowledgeable, especially Stacey. She helped us with our personalized wood engraving. And Christmas ornaments. Oh yeah by the way the ice cream was delicious.
