Every trip up to pigeon Forge we stop at thee bears. It’s a must for us. The Bears are by far my favorite part. The kids enjoy feeding them. And watching them play.

We had some family photos done at the photo shop upstairs and Summer was great! She let us have fun with the experience and made sure we left very satisfied.

This place has everything. We even paid to see the Bears. Not worth it though. All 3 were sleeping and verily visible. We had just ate at Sawyers and they gave us a free coupon for fudge. The lady at the fudge counter was very rude about receiving the free fudge. I need to tell Sawyers not to hand them out anymore. Besides the very rude treatment it's a very fun place to shop.

I love this general store. Its always crowded and takes my money. The ice cream is amazing. One of the main reasons i always come here is because they have memorial items for gone but not forgotten pets. There's also a little game room upstairs,and lots of cool toys for kids. They also have ALOT of unique gift items.

This is THE place to shop. Super crowded most of the time but crowds thin out later in the evening. They have an amazingly wide variety of souvenirs and gifts. Additionally they have a snack bar, ice cream stand, candy and fudge counter, souvenir photo spot, video games, water spa and rescued bear viewing.
