“Great Food”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

First time eating at the Mellow Mushroom and we loved it. Service was great, small wait for food but well worth it and we were told by our waitress we would have a small wait because food is made fresh to order. Pizza was so good, crust was fresh and soft. Great value as well. I will go back.

“YUM!”
Reviewed June 14, 2013 via mobile

After a long day at dollywood, we stopped here for some much needed recharging. The atmosphere is hippie-cool and the menu is extensive. Our group of 7 ordered two appetizers, 3 pizzas, a kids meal, and a hoagie along with some salads. Both of our appetizers were very delayed and one was wrong. We decided not to reorder and just wait for or pizzas (which came right after we got the apps). Manager came over and apologized and comped our ENTIRE meal. Totally not necessary, but appreciated nonetheless. Service was a little slow, but she seemed to be new. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was the perfect thickness and not over sauced and the toppings plentiful. The smoked bacon was my favorite topping, but they had many choices. Large speciality pizza was about $25. Small cheese about $9. Would definitely return!

“Worth the wait!!!!”
Reviewed June 14, 2013 via mobile

We had a party of 7, so we waited about 25-30min. to be seated. It was well worth the wait. The pizza was a great hand-tossed andouille sausage special & I ate till I was stuffed. They have large pretzels for appetizers. Maybe I could've eaten more pizza if the pretzels weren't so good. The atmosphere was fun & entertaining w/ Tues. nights being bingo & trivia games nights w/ prizes. We had a very minor order mishap & the mgr. went above & beyond making everything right. Just GO & don't fret about the wait! They're busy for a reason!!

“Great food but not a great value”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

The food was great and we'd go back. However, prices were too high. They charge extra for certain types of toppings - like portabella mushrooms. When my daughter's pizza arrived it only had four very thin slices of mushroom - 4! For an extra couple bucks, the pizza should have been covered with them.
