Went here for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised. The show was amazing with lots of talented showmen. Would be great for kids because it had quite a few animals for them and many colorful costumes. We went during the Christmas theme show. Food was very good. You do not have utensils so you do eat with your fingers. They also provide doggie bags since I doubt you can eat all the food served. It’s a really good experience for the whole family.

Came here on a Tuesday night with 4 adults and 4 children 1-7. Based on previous reviews we purchased a ticket for the 3 year old even though he could have gotten in free. I would highly suggest purchasing a ticket for anyone you don't want to hold on your lap like a baby. There are no utensils to eat with so trying to eat with a couple of little ones that don't have their own seat could be a little cumbersome.

Pay attention to where you park and think about your ability to depart the parking lot when about 300-400 other vehicles are exiting. Backing in to a spot near an exit might take a little extra time up front but should pay big dividends when you leave.

The entry process is cumbersome as there is a single small entry way for about 1000 people. Plan on standing in line for 15-20 minutes from the entrance before you get in to the area where the pre-show is. You enter the theater after the pre-show from the upper level so it does not hurt to work your way up there about 15 minutes before showtime.

Our food was excellent and served hot and we had great service from Kelsey. There are no utensils provided so you might want to put a couple of plastic knives and forks in your pocket if you have a hard time eating only with your hands. During dinner you watch a great show with lots of singing, horses, comedy, animals and pageantry. We enjoyed the evening very much.

Made a reservation to go to the Stampede for the wife’s birthday, she really loves the horses. We have been several times but have never seen the Christmas show. It was the best Christmas show we have ever seen. Between the trick riding and the competition between the North and South Pole it was amazing. And this is a dinner show as well. You start off in the saloon with a pre-show and appetizers. The bluegrass band that performs is phenomenal. Once you move into the arena they start to feed you dinner. You get a whole chicken, a pork chop, potato soup, a potato, a cheddar biscuit, corn on the cob, and an apple turnover. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault. A must see experience in Pigeon Forge.

We Bought our tickets online and showed up at 4:30 for the 6 pm show. The pre show was good. There was there fellas that played and sang. When you go in— go ahead upstairs and you won’t have to follow the “herd” so much when the time comes for the show. It is a horse theme show so be prepared to smell the horse arena atmosphere. The waiter we had was good. The food was good. If you don’t want to eat with your fingers stash some forks on you. The show is excellent but it didn’t change much from last year except all the North South Dixie stuff is gone. It’s pretty generic in the show. We had great time and it’s well worth the money.

If you like western style entertainment and don't mind eating with your hands then this is the place for you. It is a little hectic at first while waiting to be seated but once you are seated the fun begins. Various types of western theme entertainment are provided while enjoying a wonderful meal that may of been served from the back of a chuck wagon.

My husband and I went to the 6:00 show on November 12, 2018. We got there around 4:30 because it was recommended we go to the preshow, and why not, it’s included in the price of the ticket! Everything about this evening was fabulous...preshow, the incredibly delicious food (and lots of it), our server Bryan and the wonderfully talented cast including the 4-legged performers! You’ll love every performance. I was amazed at the presentation of the Birth of Christ! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! Worth every penny!

My wife and I were fortunate to attend the Christmas Show at the Dixie Stampede. From the pre-show entertainment with the music of Mountain Ruckus, to the show in the arena, we found everything to be extremely entertaining, professional, and on time. The food was great and the service was perfect. Everything for a price that was more than fair! We will definitely be back when we're in the area!

We experienced the show for the first time and were slightly disappointed. The preshow was great, but once it was over and you were directed to your seating for the main show, you are knocked over by the horrible smell of masked urine. The food was decent, but trying to eat with the smell in your nose is difficult. Be sure to bring your own eating utensils if you don't like eating with your fingers or want to get messy. The actors were slighty off cue, and you were constantly distracted by the staff walking in front of you to either serve your food, clean up dishes or refill drinks, and those trying to sell you photos or flags. It was an experience we won't be doing more than once.

We've been as a couple and with the family including the grand kids. Both times has been great. We've seen the regular show and Christmas show. The grand kids (6 and 4) loved the Christmas show and still talk about it three years later. Tips: Military discount, pre-show go upstairs and get ready once they open the doors so you can get the best seats in your roll.
