We've been as a couple and with the family including the grand kids. Both times has been great. We've seen the regular show and Christmas show. The grand kids (6 and 4) loved the Christmas show and still talk about it three years later. Tips: Military discount, pre-show go upstairs and get ready once they open the doors so you can get the best seats in your roll.

I really hate to only give this three stars. I do love Dolly Parton and was so excited to finally see dinner and a show here.

Dinner is the reason for the 3 star rating - it is creamy vegetable soup, chicken, pork loin, corn on Cobb, sliced potato and a cheddar biscuit. For dessert it was an apple turnover. The food was just lacking a lot of flavor. The corn and biscuit was the better part of the meal. Everything else left a lot to be desired. For the price I was really expecting better food! No silverware is provided - you eat with your hands. Some people around us had a problem with that so just be prepared.

The show was great! - we seen the Christmas show. Service was great. Our attendant was named Jennifer and she was really good! She was so spunky and just happy!

There was a long long long wait from entering the saloon until the actual dinner show. The saloon has popcorn and nachos. No alcohol is served here.

Decided on Dolly Parton’s Stampede when we booked a spur of the moment trip to Pigeon Forge. Most shows were already booked, but we ended up with tickets for the next night.

The experience starts with getting your tickets, walking through a hallway decorated with Dolly Parton memorabilia and then sitting and watching a pre-show performance (in a room that is not big enough for the number of people they squeeze in there), then finally you get into the show area. Finding our seats was a little confusing and we had a hard time actually finding someone to help us. When we found out seats, our server was great! For dinner you get soup, a biscuit, chicken, a slice of pork, a potato wedge, and corn on the cob. For dessert you get an apple turn over.

The show was entertaining, some parts in my opinion could be cut out and not missed. Some acts were pretty funny! The show highlighted Patriotism and was actually heart-warming.

The Christmas Show is fantastic and food is great. The show had something for everyone. From dancing and singing toys to live nativity along with action packed western type riders and horses. Thanks for a Great Show!

We had reservations for 8:30pm. The food was way to much in portion size. I felt I wasted food. The Christmas show was really wonderful and about the real reason for the season. It had a good amount of participation from the audiance. Be prepared to sit still for a few hours and have lots of food that you eat with your hands in your plate. If you are a vegetarian you may want to call them to see if there is an alternative for food choices.

We have visited this show a handful of times over the past 8 years or so. This time was not as enjoyable. We were so stuffed in the seats in the saloon and the actual show. We couldn’t get out in the saloon to go to the restroom or get drinks, and a couple of us had to eat w our hands tucked to our sides :/. Also when getting pics taken in the beginning, the girl got very irritated because we didn’t feel comfortable doing what she wanted and took one quick photo and it was awful. Eyes closed and not clear. Some hair was cut off when put in the pic in the background. We had a friend with us and didn’t want it done with arms all around each other etc and she acted disgusted. Needless to say we didn’t buy! Potatoes for the meal were hard and blah ( first time ever- all of ours were bad this time). Rest of the food was pretty good

What a great show and dinner. First the dinner. YES! You get a whole chicken (actually a large Cornish game hen), bread, corn, potatoes wedge and a slice of pork loin. The show was full of cowboys and cowgirls on horseback. Talent young riders. And there was a skit with Indians. The competition was very unique; but I will not spoil that one. I will say “save your Yankee dimes, cause the south will rise again”.

Dolly's Stampede Dinner was very entertaining. The food was delicious, finger licking good. The riders did a phenomonal job and the interactions with the crowd were enjoyable.
