My family comes here every year in September. The resort is beautiful and clean and as long as you don't need anything than its perfect! This is our 2nd year in a roll now having an issue with parking. When you check in you're given a tag for your car, to me this would be your pass to park here at the resort . Well when we come back from havng fun in pigeon forge every spot is taken and me along with 10 other cars drive around the parking lot for over an hour looking for spot and seeing countless cars parked with no resort tags!!! Finally a very rude person working at the resort told us that people bring more than one car and that if we want we can park in the employee parking lot. Well if you've been here you know the employee parking lot is mostly gravel at the end of building 4 in the dark with no street lights and my family staying in building 1 with 2 small children and lots of bags to carry back. This is awful, this is my familys last year staying here.. this is 2 years in a roll of this !
