The Inn on the River made our whole vacation experience wonderful!! The room overlooking the river and the cross on the mountain was just so peaceful......add in the ducks, geese and birds to make it serene. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and kind at all times. The breakfast was amazing, and popcorn in the evening was a bonus!! Pools and hot tub were so relaxing. The only downfall I saw was the Wifi was non existent at times. We worked around that.More
Very nice place! After searching for a few hours, reviews of the many hotels from $19.95 and up, it became apparent that if you want something nice it comes with a price! I really trust the reviews on tripadvisor and after a few hours of reading reviews i was hooked on this place! From the moment i walked in until we left this morning, only good things to say, helpful friendly staff, to the huge breakfast buffet in the morning and private balconey over looking the river! At just over a hundred it was a steal in the land of the dirty thirty! They will even gladly fill your cooler at the fron desk in morning with ice! I will stay again!

We had a great stay at the Inn On the River! We stayed for 6 nights. Everyone was friendly.The front desk folks were very helpful. A.J. at the front desk is super nice was very helpful with finding the right activities for our family, directions and with anything else we needed. Our kids loved the pool, nightly popcorn and hot chocolate. They have lots of games in the lobby and they loved playing games at breakfast by the fireplace. Housekeeping did a great job. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We even loved just hanging out by the river watching the kids throw in stones and feeding the geese and ducks. I would recommend this hotel!

Our first stay at the Inn On The River in Pigeon Forge Tn. was one that we will remember and we will be back to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Amy and Val were excellent Guest Service Rep's. They were very helpful with our breakfast and other needs. The food is on the top our list. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The lobby was very beautiful, the pools and hot tub were in a good location. Everything was above and beyond what we would have expected. Glad that we found a motel that was American owned.

Our family, two adults and a 19 month old stayed on the 2nd floor river side. We typically rent a cabin, but this was a short stay and needed a clean, but affordable hotel. The Inn on the River offered both. When they said breakfast included, I was thinking contential with muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. It was a full breakfast with waffle station, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, etc. Made the stay a great value. Staying
on the river side was nice as we had our own private balcony and could watch the ducks. There is a road that runs in front of the hotel and on the side , so it's not quiet. No views other than river, traffic and businesses. Again, nice, clean affordable place for families on a budget.

Very clean & well maintained. Beautiful setting on River. Close proximity to attractions. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice pool. Great value for the amenities this hotel offers. The free popcorn is an added plus! I would definitely recommend the Inn on the River for my next stay.
