We stayed at the Ramada Inn, 4010 Parkway, in Pigeon Forge in October 2012. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional, particularly the breakfast hostess, Marianne and the housekeeping staff, LeeAnne. The room is pleasant and the WiFI works! Thanks to all for a really nice, relaxing stay.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. I was very well satisified with my overall experience.

We want to compliment you on a housekeeping employee by the name of Leanne. She is very friendly and a great asset to your company. On the flip side, maintenance is very lacking. Housekeeping called and asked for them to put a door sweep on our door as we were, and still are, using a towel.to keep bugs and light out. So sad one department or person can be so good and another department be so lax.

The hotels in a good location. There's restaurants nearby and things to do. They have a decent breakfast for free that's always a plus.. Room was surprisingly really big. They do offer free Wi-Fi if you ask for it. AC was top notch. All-around just a good place to stay front desk was very nice and helpful. We stay in Pigeon Forge a lot and this was one of the nicer ones but for the most part they're pretty much all the same in that area.

They advertised room Wi Fi, but our room and the people next door could not get it in the rooms. The manager seemed to care less about our problem. They kept saying no one else had reported a problem. The people next door had the same problem and got the same answer from the manager.
