“Very pleasant stay”
Reviewed January 3, 2011

Stayed here Nov. 4 & 5, 2010 in a 2 bedroom suite. Stayed with my sister and our elderly parents. The suite was very roomy and the bedrooms were separated by a living room area which allowed for plenty of privacy. One bedroom had a king bed and the other had two doubles. Each room had a full bathroom that was roomy and well furnished. Each also had a TV. The beds were firm. I personally prefer a little softer bed, but just staying two nights, it was not overly uncomfortable.
There was a small kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner stove (no oven), microwave oven, sink, dishwasher & coffee maker. The living room had a sleeper sofa and also a TV.
When we checked in, we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The front desk clerk informed us of all the amenities provided. The only thing he did not mention: that we would have to request dishes if we needed to use the kitchen in our suite. That was not a problem with us as we planned to only use the refrigerator and coffee maker. I had already read in other reviews here, that dishes were furnished only when requested. According to their webpage, there is a $20 security deposit required for the dishes and it is refunded upon the return of the clean dishes.
The breakfast was very enjoyable and there was a good variety of items. The omelets were quite good. There was a different 'omelet lady' each of the two mornings we had breakfast. While each of them were not overly outgoing they were nice enough when we placed our orders with them.
The decor may have been slightly dated. There were no noticeable odors that a couple of reviews have mentioned.
The location is convenient. It is a couple of blocks off the main drag. The noise factor and traffic flow is minimized despite being the closest hotel to Dollywood. However, even though there is a traffic light at the entrance to the hotel, there is no turn lane or light for turning left into the parking lot. Also, when leaving the parking lot, if you wanted to go across at the light, the traffic light sensor does not register the vehicle waiting at the light. Turning left (there is a left turn lane out of the parking lot) and right is no problem.
There was really only one thing that I had a problem with here. There was a security light affixed to the outside wall directly over the window of the room with the double beds. Because of its position there was no way to make the bedroom completely dark no matter how we tried to arrange the curtains. The light came in through the space between the top of the window and the curtain rod. If you are going to have lights affixed to the outside wall, the best way to do it would be to place them between the rooms.
When we checked out, we thanked the front desk clerk for our pleasant stay, and she actually thanked us for staying with them saying that if not for people like us, their customers, they would not have jobs. I have never experienced that before and I usually average two to four hotel stays a year. That was really quite refreshing.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all and I would stay here again.

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach to visit Dollywood. I didn't expect much because I had booked online at a very low price. Figured we just needed a place to sleep. The room was very nice and clean and had a private sleeping quarters, which is nice for adults traveling with children. We woke each morning to the best continental breakfast that I have experienced. Cook to order omelets saved us a bundle on breakfast for the whole family. Dollywood is right up the street which made it convenient. Staff was extremely friendly. I was very impressed and would stay here again. Worth more than the price.

We have been to Pigeon Forge numerous times, but this was our first time to stay at the All Seasons Suites. We did not know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised! First, the lady at the desk was absolutely charming - warm, friendly, personable. Luggage carts were readily available. Then, the suite - two private bedrooms, two private bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen. All were immaculate. We expected the rooms to be just separated by partitions, but they were actually private rooms with doors! We had a problem with the DVD player, but the situation was corrected quickly and cheerfully.

The hotel is quiet, family oriented, with excellent appointments. The breakfast is really good, and they really do have omelets made to order by a very cheerful hostess.

In short, we loved it! Even our grandkids, ages 4 and 7, thought it was "neat". Our daughter, who is very "persnickety", was impressed.

My wife and I come to Pigeon Forge about four times a year. All Seasons will be our place to stay in the future!

Staff were friendly enough, some nicer than others. Hotel was rather dated, without sounding mean it reminded me of a nursing home a little. Most of the tourists were 50+ Room was very spacious, and very very clean. Beds comfy , 2 televisions, hair dryer and big fridge which were all nice extras. Very quiet, a little too quiet for me, almost eerie walking through corridors. Pool & hot tub really nice, and rarely anyone in it so that was a bonus. Location wise it is a little way off the main parkway so not great if you don't have a car. Breakfast was average, geared towards southern food, the continental selection was limited. Price wise its a bargain and is less tacky looking than many of the other motels and hotels in Pigeon Forge. Wouldnt stay here again, but then i wouldn't EVER go to Pigeon Forge again either.

This is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It's just off the main road, but very near everything. Dollywood is just down the road. The staff goes out of the way to make your stay enjoyable. They are so friendly. The room was great. It was older, but had lots of space, and was very clean. The small kitchen would have been great for an extended stay. We only stayed one night, but wished we had found it earlier in our trip. We will definitely stay there again.

If you are planning on using the small kitchenette- beware that there is no oven and you have to check out all dishes, pans, silverware cups etc. And they did not even have paper towles- we had to go and buy our own. So this made it difficult-since most of the meals I planned to cook - I needed an oven. Very clean but it could use some updated- funky smells.
