1st trip and totally enjoyed the experience. Park is very well run and the rides, attractions and entertainment were quite good.

I took our 12 year-old grandson and while neither of us are country music fans we had a real good time.

Food was good for an amusement park which made the day more enjoyable.

It is a large place, getting even larger so like others some advanced planning is probably helpful.. We winged it and had a great time. My grandsons favorite was one of the shows featuring a group from America's Got Talent. Wish new were going back for the holidays, the Christmas events look great

I attend the tree lighting and opening night of their Christmas in the Smokies event. Just as always they outdid themselves with Decorations and Hospitality

Lots of positive reviews on TA, so we decided to go here for the first time after visiting the area many times. Some good, some bad.

The good: Christmas in the Smokies was an excellent show all around. Excellent performers, good scenery. The string quartet and Twas the Night before Christmas were both very good. My people, my music was okay. The lights were nice, pretty much every building lit up as well as most trees. Because of the cool damp weather, there were no crowds for anything.

The bad: Charged full price admission and $15 to park even though most of the park was closed and not available to do. Only 2 rides I saw operating, the train and a roller coaster, that was it. They cancelled their big item--the night time parade. No reason given. It was not raining. Most restaurants closed. Their Christmas decorations were old and sparse. If you have been to Opryland, this was nothing like it. Rude ticket seller.

We absolutely loved going to the park at Christmas. All the decorations were beautifully done and the Christmas shows were spectacular. The Parade Of Many Colors is a must see! This will become a tradition for us.

The whole family has gone and loved it so much, we all have season passes. There is a different theme every season and it includes the music, food, entertainment and all the decorations you can think of. Everywhere you look, it is fantastic. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and very nice. We LOVE going to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country. It is the "Best" of the many parks we have visited.

Visited 2x over the course of the weekend! We met up with several friends that were visiting at the same time and had lots of fun during the opening of Christmas! We love coming to Dollywood for the hometown feel and country atmosphere and have another trip planned after Thanksgiving. We were able to walk the park several times visiting all of the stores and a few rides. The best part was to see Dolly on Saturday light the Tree! This made the weekend..so glad to be apart of it.See you soon.
