There are some very key things that put me off about this place. First, when you walk into the lobby, they tried to bring in a nice asian vibe with a wall of water and a glass floor above a water feature, HOWEVER you are hit with a horrible odor from it and made me lose some of my appetite when I walked in. Next, they are trying to present an upscale environment, yet they completely took it away by adding strobing neon lights everywhere. Another major turnoff is that you pay BEFORE you sit down, and it's pretty expensive, so you already know how much you've forked out to eat here and you have this "pressure" to fulfill an expectation. There will be no opportunity to leave a tip if you've already paid with a card, so you better have cash on hand if a tip is needed. MOST IMPORTANTLY - the food was sub-par, especially at a premium price, Harvest Buffet is much better in my opinion. The restaurant was half full on a Thursday evening, yet I noticed several people trying to find an employee to either fill an empty tray on the bar or help them at the Hibachi station because the attendant was always missing. My wife has a sensitive stomach, and the food did not agree with her, and I personally didn't enjoy many of the items that I tried either. I don't think I'll ever go back.
