Checked in Sunday January 13, 2014 prior to my knee surgery. Check in was a breeze, young man upgraded us to a nicer room at no additional cost, went out of his way to find a secluded room after he asked why we were in town. Lobby area was nice, we went to the bar for a few last drinks ( at least for a couple weeks), Bartenders super!!!! on time, friendly, helpful. nice atmosphere. The rooms are older, our room was huge. 5th floor. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in Nashville, and LOEWS Hotel service is just as goo if not better. Don't pass this one up. Great Price, Great Deal, Great Service, again thanks so much LOEWS, I will be back!!!

Great hotel and easy taxi ride to Roberts Western World! Nice to stay in luxury when visiting Nashville. Rooms are very comfortable with all amenities expected from a top hotel. Close to everything (downtown, Vandy, stadium, etc). Friendly prompt service in all areas. Check in was quick and easy.

It was a holiday weekend. Paid for early check-in but didn't get a room until 4P because nothing was ready. Politely asked for the charge to be removed. "Suite" was really 2 average sized guest rooms with connecting door propped open. Great shower, nice view from 10th floor. TV had to be replaced & I waited for hours for resolution. Ended up at the front desk asking a second time for assistance. Mr. Hill was very nice & prompt when he replaced the unit. Alarm clock didn't work properly either but charged my device. High occupancy weekend and the staff was limited. Food in concierge level left a lot to be desired (chicken on a stick, cheeses, olives). Bar area was comfortable. Get the Suga Garden. Only 1 person serving in concierge level about 30 people, upstairs & down. Same with valet, limited staff. Used the luggage transport myself to leave. Check out was seamless but please check your bill AND credit card statement. I found a secret charge (secret to me) outside of what my checkout bill reflected. I'd only go back here during a deeply discounted sale.

We booked through Hotwire and couldn't have been happier. What a deal!

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a little too great of a time out in Nashville and needed a late check out. Front desk was more than happy to give us a couple hours to sleep and extended our checkout time.

The location is great. You're right across the street from Vandy and there's a ton of restaurants in walking distance. Everything from Qdoba and McDonalds, to Chilis and Logan's, to Ruth Chris. Whatever you crave you should be good to go. You're also not far from the bars on Broadway. We took a cab and it cost us $7.60 from hotel to the heart of the Broadway bars.

I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, excellent staff, however some changes, post renovation, were not for the better. First the music in the 10th floor lounge used to be selected and played by the 10th floor concierge Miguel Torres and it was always great. Now it is just elevator music. Not interesting or particularly enjoyable. Second, the main floor concierge station was moved from a central easily seen and accessible to an out of the way location. Third, the shoe shine station, which had the city's best shine man, was moved to almost in the men's restroom. It is almost invisible and I doubt if he has any customers.

Beautiful hotel, great location with fantastically helpful staff; however the Wi-fi was not included in the room price and was very expensive. No complimentary water in room; which is unusual and with tax one normal size bottle was over $8 which is excessive, especially as there were no water fountains and the water from tap tasted of chemicals. Would recommend it but take your own bottles of water!

Took my adult daughter to Mason's for dinner. Menu was eclectic but well thought out. Kudos to the Chef. Our server, Brian was attentive but was really impressed with Ben. He made some great suggestions for each of us. Took time to listen and was spot on all our meals. My girl went home happy and satisfied as did I.
