As advertised on the website, this hotel is undergoing a renovation. The lobby area is a bit cramped and tired, but the new one is on the way. I was pleased to see that all the rooms had already received an update, and I opted for the King Study. Aside from missing a coffee table, I found the room to be well appointed, especially for the $132/night rate (AAA). Great area, within walking distance to numerous dining, etc. establishments. Just a few blocks further to Vanderbilt and many more restaurants and activities. Parking is a bit tight, but it was ample for the night of my stay. Decent breakfast offerings too. I found it to be just right for me and will consider staying again, provided the rates don't rise too much once the renovations are complete. *Note: Fitness room is not accessible right now due to the renovation.
