I was skeptical about eating 'hot chicken' but this was some of the best fried chicken I ever ate. I messed up and ate the 200 degrees but water was plentigul and l picked the meat from the bone. 100 degrees is probably best for the uninitiated but my friends had the 400 degrees and though they sweated it, they ordered a take out order for later. I'll definitely eat here again but you got to know your heat tolerance!
