Superbly sourced local ingredients, imaginativey prepared, and skillfully served, all combine to make this a restaurant that would be the envy of any city. To have it in Nashville just adds to the ambiance. Easy to get in and out of, reservations handled seemlessly, and a very clean environment. But the food, ah yes, the food, so well prepared; from butternut squash ravioli to a lamb saddle that will stand as one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. True to the name, you can have flytes of salads, soups, or our favorite, wines. Very diverse, educated wine list that will not break the bank. All in all, do not miss dining at one of the best venues in Nashville, that could stand the competition in many different cities. You will not be disappointed.
