Even though this is much smaller than the Country Music Hall of Fame and you spend much less time here I enjoyed it much, much more. And it's free! I came back at midday for the free talk and demonstration they had. It was really interesting to learn how they do the prints. I was here for a long time trying to decide which prints to choose to buy - I thought they had a decent amount for sale and they are all super cool. Great location in the same building as the Hall of Fame and walking distance from my hostel.

Loved the old space.... Love the new space. Dislike there are not a lot of options on display to purchase.

The Hatch print area at the Country Music Hall of Fame is worth the visit. It has lots of old posters to see and you can watch them print new posters. Lots of fun to see.

We stopped in to see Hatch Show Print's new location at the Country Music Hall of Fame, where they had moved since my initial research for our first trip to Nashville. I obviously can't compare the new location to the old, but it was interesting to see the old equipment still being used and there was a super friendly young lady working in the gallery with whom I had a delightful conversation. I didn't buy anything from the well-stocked gift shop, because I was flying, but I would have liked to because there were lots of cool prints and other items.

If you are a hard-core fan of music history or movable type, it's worth a stop. The shop has recently moved and is now in the Country Music Hall of Fame, so don't come looking for an old print shop. New space allows for a sizeable gift shop area and a gallery of great original prints by Jim Sherraden.
