Clean, bright, no-resident condo with all needed amenities. For half the price of a much smaller hotel room. Win win!
Good communication too, highly recommended.
This was our first time using Stay Alfred and the 2 bed apartment in downtown Nashville was better than we expected. It was a little confusing with all the different keys and cards as to which ones worked on what doors. It all worked out and we would stay there again for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Cumberland. Your recent upgrades to the shared space (pool table, kitchen, grills, patio) are really nice. The condo itself had all the amenities we needed and very comfortable beds. Parking although cramped was very convenient to have right on location and manageable even with a large vehicle. Of course you can't beat the location, walking distance to all the downtown fun and local attractions. We hope to be back soon.
Stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend visit with friends. Location good for a downtown stay, close to Ryman, Broadway bars and music, museums. Parking included underneath building, if you have a car. Decor was stylish, and comfortable, but somewhat worn.
Place really needed a deep clean, some maintenance and attention to detail...visible signs of wear in bathroom, dirty glasses and dishes put back in the cabinet. There were detailed instructions about a parking pass on check in, but no pass to be found. We had to call and get a temporary one, Stay Alfred was responsive...Also one of the beds was short-sheeted, ...was made with a blanket next to the sleeper and sheet on top, had to flip it...other bed had 2 sheets, on top and bottom of a blanket. Also a weird smell in the hallway, like garbage and fabreeze, and a dirty elevator...its in a building with other rentals so maybe no control over this...And maybe being too picky, lanyards holding building access cards and keys were filthy, and should be replaced.
At the price, was cheaper than downtown hotel, but would look elsewhere unless cleanliness issues were being addressed.
Great location...2 blocks from Broadway and loved the condo. Our only complaint is that the balcony off the master bedroom only has a view of a parking garage and dumpster. We could not even use the balcony or leave the door open for fresh air because of an old air conditioning unit on the balcony that was so loud! The condo was clean and when we first got there we had an issue with the toilet and it was taken care of right away.
Unit 300 in Cumberland bldg was filthy especially the floors in bedroom and bathroom.
Bed had no sheets, luckily we found some in closet. The maintenance of the Cumberland, at least on the 3rd floor and elevators has gone downhill from 1 year ago.
Great place. Right downtown! Easy check in. Stay Alfred employees very helpful! Made sure everything was in order.
