My wife and I have been several times on "dates". The atmosphere is romantic, and the food and service are very good. Prices are a bit high- especially $6 bottles of water.
Reservations are a good idea, or go early then enjoy an evening stroll around the hotel.

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Opryland Resort. When we checked in on Friday night our room was not ready so we set out to explore the hotel. When we looked down from above this restaurant I knew that was where I wanted to eat Saturday night. It looked like a street cafe in some romantic place with lights strung above. We were not disappointed in the food either. I had a wonderful Salad made with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and a pizza. My husband had the Salmon with Crab meat. Everything was amazing. Our Table was situated by a water fountain adding to the feel. All the wait staff was pleasant and friendly. The manager was wandering around and stopped by our table to talk. This place met all our expectations and more.

I highly recommend making a reservation as many people were being turned away who did not have one the night we were there. The prices are a bit high at this restaurant but compared to other places in the Opryland Resort this was a bargain. The pizza was only $12.

I had dinner here one night with my husband and a frined, I had the chicken picatta, and the tiramisu for sessert. All was good. everyone enjoyed their meal. pricy $ 180 for three of us.

I went without reservations and had to sit at the bar to eat on a Friday night. Great food, the best caprese I have ever had and a wonderful pizza. Volare and Cascades are the two best restaurants in the Opryland Hotel and the price won't kill you.
