Do not order carry out or delivery from this place. I'm now convinced a part of their profit plan is to omit items and keep the cash. We visited Nashville during a rainy period and decided to order in and watch movies. We ordered five items from the "apps/small plates" section and a dessert. We placed the order online at 5:30pm and PFC told us the item would be delivered at 6:30pm. Little did we know, the order would be picked up at the restaurant by DoorDash before 6pm and sit cooling in a car until delivery at 6:30...to the wrong hotel. Once we finally received the order, we discovered everything required zapping in the microwave, which results in chewy pot stickers and dry ribs. On top of that, we discovered our chicken lettuce wraps were not in the delivery. I called the restaurant to ask for a credit...was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. I called again...the same woman answered and said, "Oh, I thought it was a crank call." No, you're just running a crank restaurant. She took my info and said she'd pass it to the manager as they were very busy. And, I never heard from them again. Crooks.
