“Music City Bowl/Omni Nashville stay”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

Very enjoyable two night stay at Omni Nashville for the Music City Bowl game ( Ole Miss vs Georgia Tech ). Just opening in September 2103 the Omni is the newest downtown Nashville hotel ( 800 rooms ) and is very sleek, modern and convenient to Nashville attractions. The Omni connects with the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and is just a short walk to the Bridgestone Arena, attractions on Broadway and the pedestrian bridge to LP Field ( Titans football, Music City Bowl ). Check in was easy and our bellman Dwayne was very courteous and helpful with info about the hotel and Nashville. We did request a room with shower and tub combo because it's our understanding that some rooms have showers only. Higher floor rooms facing Broadway have better city views. Omni Select membership provides several perks while at the Omni Nashville: free WiFi, daily newspaper and daily beverage ( coffee or juice ) delivery. Due to the large number of guests for the bowl game return of valet parked cars was sometimes a little lengthy ( daily valet charge with tax is $ 32.77 ). A very nice hotel for this area of Nashville….would definitely stay again.

This hotel had just opened. It was decorated very beautiful and it was very clean. Also, it was convenient to Broadway St. We were there for the Music City Bowl and they handled the large crowd with superior service..

This hotel is gorgeous, and the location is incredible; especially if you are going to a Predators game. Everything is new, beautiful, and immaculate. The food at Bob's Steakhouse is also delicious, and even though the restaurant was technically closed when we went in after the Predators game, the staff happily served us delicious options from the bar menu. We were very, very happy with our stay here.

Enjoyed a great and relaxing visit at Omni Hotel Nashville. Great room, super views, and great service. Hotel did a super job of blending hotel with local culture. Hotel is located with easy access to Broadway/downtown venues, has an indoor walkway to County Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and is by the new Music City Center. Beautiful property and will return.

Room Tip: Corner suite had a great view of pool area and good views of downtown.

This is by far the best hotel stay I've ever had! The entire hotel was designed to reflect the heart of Nashville, and I felt like a country music star! Everything is marble and mahogany and leather, and has a rustic elegance. I stayed in a King Suite, which was like an apartment, with wrap-around windows, 2 bathrooms, and a separate Master, all decorated beautifully. Every single staff member we interacted with was SO hospitable. You can tell the employees really love their jobs, so major props to great management! Their restaurant, Kitchen Notes, has the best southern breakfast buffet, and country ambiance to boot! The restaurant is complete with a "biscuit bar," where you can help yourself to all you can eat homemade biscuits. The chefs have 100 biscuit recipes on rotation, and they serve 3 flavors a day, combined with locally-made honey and preserves. I really appreciate how the restaurant uses local ingredients where possible. The hotel's other restaurant, "Bar Lines" has EXCELLENT food and live local country music. Get the smoked chicken sandwich with the spicy slaw and the house-made chips! You can't beat that the hotel is also connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. We enjoyed also touring the historic RCA studio where Elvis, Dolly, and others recorded their hits. And, as an added bonus, the famous Broadway Street and Listening Room Cafe are two blocks away! Live music everywhere. This is not only the best hotel in Nashville, but one of the best ANYWHERE.

Room Tip: Take a dip in their "pool with a view." It's heated in the winter. Be sure to eat the...

The new Omni in Nashville is a beautiful new hotel. Location is close enough to Broadway, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great option if you are willing to spend a little more for luxury.
