Very enjoyable two night stay at Omni Nashville for the Music City Bowl game ( Ole Miss vs Georgia Tech ). Just opening in September 2103 the Omni is the newest downtown Nashville hotel ( 800 rooms ) and is very sleek, modern and convenient to Nashville attractions. The Omni connects with the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and is just a short walk to the Bridgestone Arena, attractions on Broadway and the pedestrian bridge to LP Field ( Titans football, Music City Bowl ). Check in was easy and our bellman Dwayne was very courteous and helpful with info about the hotel and Nashville. We did request a room with shower and tub combo because it's our understanding that some rooms have showers only. Higher floor rooms facing Broadway have better city views. Omni Select membership provides several perks while at the Omni Nashville: free WiFi, daily newspaper and daily beverage ( coffee or juice ) delivery. Due to the large number of guests for the bowl game return of valet parked cars was sometimes a little lengthy ( daily valet charge with tax is $ 32.77 ). A very nice hotel for this area of Nashville….would definitely stay again.
