Went there on Sunday to enjoy the bottomless Mimosas for $10 and Brunch buffet for $15! The food and the service was really good. Sat on the patio w/ my girls & the weather was very pleaant which made the experience more enjoyable. I would suggest them to having more options on the buffet though. My total came to about $30 w/ taxes which was a bit much for brunch & mimosas, but it was definitely worth it. I definitely would go again & reccomend it to others.

Ellendales's is, if anything, consistent. They have always had good service, a good menu, and good meals. Since this is close to our corporate offices, I often take clients to lunch and dinner here. The proximity helps a great deal and the fact that the service and meals are consistently good really makes this an easy choice. There are upscale restaurants in Nashville that have a wider menu selection and more bells and whistles, but Ellendale's have always proven to be a good choice for me after 15 years of eating.

Ellendle's is sort of by the airport - on a little street. You will be rewarded for the effort to find and go there. The food - from the start to the finish - absolutely justified the trip. The old home and surroundings are comfortable - and the food is fresh, well prepared and served by folks who want you to enjoy the visit. They have an "upper room" to accommodate a gathering of folks and they will absolutely work with you to insure that your group/party have an enjoyable experience.

This place is kinda out of the way, so you may have to ask directions. But it is worth finding.
The old charm of the building is evident when you walk in. It was a farmhouse about 100 years ago. We ate there for lunch, service was excellent, and the food delicious. The breads the sandwiches were made with was home baked, the salad dressing also. Portions are generous, you will leave well fed.

I have been to Ellendale's a few times and was always very happy with the food and the place is just so relaxing. If you're looking for a good place to decompress with friends or spouse after a difficult day or you want an impressive place to take a date, this place is a great choice.
