“Nice property, stay all good!”

1 Night, king room on 2nd floor. It's location is just off Music Row and a good location for walking, eating and touring around this part of Music City. I was there for work so for me it was a convenient location for my sales calls.

Property is on the new side, clean and modern as all Home2 Suites are, typical set up like an apartment, full sized fridge, sink, microwave, all kitchen utensils for a longer stay and workspace. There was also a nice couch in sitting area. King bed very comfortable, bath nice a modern with glass shower.

Staff all friendly and helpful. only issue was the mad rush for breakfast as there was a large group in house of teens with parents. They consumed the small space for the breakfast foods and limited seating. I found it to be a bit too much for me as a business traveler but it worked.

Parking is either valet or self but they do charge additional for it.

Stay again for sure.

I am sorry about the breakfast rush, but I believe that was Spring Break week! Normally our breakfast isnt that busy during the week but Spring Break can always be a little more busy with kids. We were visiting Nashville, this trip to visit Belmont University with my daughter, a HS Jr..

The Queen Doubleroom was large and had plenty of outlets for all of our family of 4 to plug into.

The people who complained about the Breakfast should stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next store or the Embassy Suites down the block. The Breakfast is more like a Hampton Inn.

People wanting to stay near the Medical Ctr while a loved one is a patient will find the kitchen a big help.

The Shuttle Service with Larry, was a big help getting to the Bridgestone Arena to catch a hockey game.

Comfortable, clean, fairly priced, met our needs. Parking was easy. Breakfast satisfactory, lots of choices.

Room heating-cooling system worked well but was loud when it ran.

Shuttle was as good as can be reasonably expected. Some limits on where it will pick you up downtown, but they are understandable. Drivers worked hard to make sure no one waited too long. Impatient folks can take a cab for cheap.

Minor quibble: One afternoon I asked the front desk to check my camera bag and explained that I was doing so because it had some value. When I got back and asked for it, there it was in plain sight behind the desk. OK if desk is always staffed - but it isn't! Sometimes the person on duty is in the room behind and can't see everything that's going on out front. So if you do check something, watch to see that it get stored safely.

From Hubert the valet to Sara at the front desk all staff members were courteous and extremely helpful. This facility is clean, new and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The free shuttle will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius, is prompt and a real money saver. The driver gives you his card and you can call him to pick you up in downtown or at the hotel. They shuttle for both the Home 2 Suites and the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn. We were there during the SEC tournaments and the place was really busy but we never waited more than 15 minutes or so for the shuttle. The rooms were well appointed with nice amenities and European style soap and shampoo in the shower. There is a pool, outdoor patio with grills, a workout room and laundry facilities. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast times at least on the weekends to 10 am instead of 9am. People were scrambling to get food before the worker curtained off the breakfast area promptly at 9am. Loved the free apples at the front desk! Would definitely return here if in the area.

This was our first time visiting in Nashville and we absolutely loved Home2 Suites. While we booked our stay while driving towards Nashville we were given help with directions and made our reservation with ease and with courtesy over the phone. We were greeted by Kevin at the door. He was gracious and helpful during our entire stay. Home2 has great decour, very clean and spacious suites, and a very nice breakfast. All the staff we met were friendly and professional. I was little concerned that the hotel is not in the district with some of the music venues we wanted to see but there is a courtesy shuttle and that made it much easier to get around Nashville. The drivers were helpful and made the drive interesting and informative.

Stayed her on a business trip and was very impressed with my stay. Staff is super friendly (actually the nicest staff I have ever met). This place has everything you want, microwave, dishes, cups, dishwasher, fridge, big tv, and internet. Location is great as well, next to Music Row, and about a 10min walk to Vanderbilt. And a 20 min walk to downtown.

They also provide a free shuttle within 3 miles.

They do provide a small breakfast with fruit, hard boiled eggs, and waflles. (if you want go next door to the Hilton Garden Inn for a $12 breakfast buffet).

Oh, and they do have a small (but nice) gym and self service laundry area.

I didn't check out the pool, but I heard it was nice.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. For those of us who have trouble getting up for breakfast, this is your hotel as the staff stayed open an extra 1/2 hour for us to grab some breaky, two days in a row. They also stored our bags after
checkout so we could explore the city, hassle free.
The location is perfect! Right next to music row and blocks from Vanderbilt restaurants and bars. We will see y'all again soon! Thanks for a great trip!
